I had such a good experience here. It was my first time here and Marie-Denise was so kind, patient, and helpful walking me through the process. I was given a money card, and the woman working behind the counter was sweet enough to activate it for me- she could have easily just pointed to the number and left it at that. When you are doing something new or going to a new place it can be intimidating but these ladies made it very easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely come back and I recommend this place to anyone. Much friendlier than the attitudes you get at the bank!

This was my first time at PLS and I came to cash a check and do a money order. Simone and Elida has offered great customer service and assisted me with my transaction. Simone explained to me about the money orders and the prepaid card services they have to offer. Conversation was well verse and I got to practice some of my Spanish and it was great, friendly and professional environment.

Theres 2 tellers, if youre lucky because its always at LEAST 15 minutes to cash the most simple check. Aside from the 80 degree plus temp, they dont offer antibacterial gel, soap, spray and want every customer to use the same chained pen they have infront of their window. Funny thing is, behind their windows, they have gloves, masks and purell. Worst customer service.

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT GO THERE!! I called ahead of time to make sure I can cash a hand written business check. I live over an hour away I asked several times are you sure!! And I was assured I can cash it there. I drove there spent over 40 min inside only for them to tell me they can’t cash it. They told me to come back Monday so they can verify it. Which I can just cash at the bank at that point. DO NOT GO THERE. I READ BAD REVIEWS AND WENT ANYWAY!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS deceitful place!!

I have been to this place a few times and I must say every review is correct. I went in on a Sunday morning. The woman came out and didnt say hello just sat down. Without saying anything or barely looking at me she took my paperwork and took a personal phone call on her watch and spoke Spanish while making a business transaction. it took forever. She then gave me my paperwork back and I said to her that I thought it was very rude that she was taking a personal phone call while waiting on a customer. She just looked at me never ever saying anything. I wouldnt even give this place a 1.

Good Customer service

The workers are always talking and slacking around while there is a long line of people always waiting for so long. Please stop this nonsense. We all have somewhere to be and we have to wait for almost an hour just so the workers can finish talking and laughing to get back to their work. I’m honestly so tired of this. Please review this with this place and do something about it.

Terrible, they have workers behind the teller doing absolutely nothing and yet they will have a line of 4-5 people waiting. They need to have a 15 minute limit on how long people can be at the teller. Some people are just getting simple money orders, while others are planning their whole life savings. It’s ridiculous

I came at 11:55 pm and the shift supervisor rolled her eyes, moaned and groaned, and spoke in a very rude tone. They were still open, but she was almost about to refuse to serve me because in her words we are closing and if I help you my drawer will be over. I had to tell her if she didnt help me I would not be able to pay my rent and that could jeapordize my home. So whats more important your drawer being short because you decided to try and close up shop early or my landlord not getting his money and I risk losing my apartment. I know plenty of people who would love to have her job and will treat all customers the same regardless if they come 5 minutes before close or not. Im just saying...

Terrible customer service I stopped by there on July 1st 2019 at around 10 a.m. to get a money order just so that I can save a post office fee but the one girl working went to the back of the store while there is a line of people waiting for 7-8 minutes until I just walked out and I went to the post office to buy it.
