Guy who does tinting is extremely rude, no customer service skills, overcharges for an improper job. Upon scheduling the appointment he didnt mention any of the following - no waiting area, restroom for customers or any businesses nearby to occupy your time while getting tint done. When we showed up for our appointment he said You didnt bring another car? (like we were just supposed to know...?) For the 2 hrs it took, our only choice while we waited was to wander around an industrial area on foot, nowhere to kill time besides a nearby Auto Zone. Wish we would have have been given these simple details before coming down! Maybe its out fault for assuming, but any other place weve had auto work done you are treated with respect & given at least a decent place to wait. He asked how dark we wanted the tint & we requested them to be matched to the back ones. He did not indicate that would be an issue. They turned out significantly lighter, which we didnt fully realize until after driving away into the light of day & testing them out. Furthermore, we were charged $15 over the quoted price with no explanation. He was so dry, condescending & clearly unconcerned with our satisfaction, we didnt bother arguing. I would just hate to see someone else go through something similar. Seek another technician!

Pat has always done amazing work for me. I have brought him high end vehicles (Lamborghini, GT500, GT350, AMG, Porsche, McLaren) and I have never been disappointed. I have used them for years, and wont take my vehicles any where else.

Its still within the 24 hour drying stage, but its a significant change in interior temp. I have a 2011 Tahoe LTZ and I was hoping to reduce road glare, protect the interior and keep the leather seats from overheating. Fantastic work and service. Thank you. Only complaint was I didnt get the military discount as agreed upon.

I’m torn leaving this review. I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in and had an amazing experience! The tinting took a few days to settle and for all bubbles to disappear which is totally fine and it looks amazing!I was so happy with it I decided to bring my husbands 2003 F250 in as well, which is where the problems began. From the outside it looks great, and there isn’t any bubbling unless you look very very closely in a few spots. But on the back wing windows(extended cab) the cuts are terrible(see pictures)and doesn’t fully go to the edge so I know there will be lifting in the near future. I’m very disappointed because my husband has wanted this for a long time and we finally get it done to have it look terrible. I’m not sure what happened but I personally would have looked at that and not let the truck leave the building in that condition.

I called around to a few different places. I really enjoyed how Pat sounded over the phone and how he acted in person. Advanced was inexpensive with such a high quality! My vehicle was done much quicker than I expected with absolutely no corners cut. My windows turned out awesome and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to have their windows done.

I called around and liked the sound of this guy the best! I just got my car tinted today and I absolutely love it! Im so excited because this is the first time I have ever done anything like this! It looks so awesome and he recommended the right tint too! Not to dark so I can still see at night! He was fast and very professional. When he was done he gave me a warranty! Bonus!

Took in my 06’ F150 to have the side and back windows tinted about 2-3 weeks ago. They did a great job! I didn’t have to wait very long and they told me if there were any problems to let them know and they would fix it. Plus I called every tinting shop in town and the price at Advances was the lowest in the Valley. Highly recommended.

ABOVE AND BEYONDAdvanced Window Tint did all the windows on my new Honda Fit in 2009. The Fit has unusual shaped windows and Pat did a great job for the lowest quote I received from several shops.Last week I had to have the windshield replaced due to a large crack, and took the car back to Pat to have the tint re-done at the top of the new windshield. I also pointed out a hole in the tint, (poked in the tint by some metal rods we carried) on a rear side window and asked if it could be patched, he said no that would not work, and the tint on that window would have to be removed and replaced. I said I could not afford it at this time and would come back and do that another time.Not only did Pat do the work without an appointment, he replaced the side window tint at no charge. He said he did not like to see me driving around like that!It makes me proud to live in Southern Oregon where good people like Pat Patterson of Advanced Window Tint do excellent work at fair prices and really care about the customers and their cars.
