Emergent need with car auto shift not working. Earliest time 3 auto places could see me was 12 to 15 days. Checked multiple other auto places, including HEWITTS. THEY were only place willing to have me bring car in for quick check that very day. REPAIRED in less than 15 min.!!!So thankful.

Came in around March asking if Hewitts could do a body lift on my vehicle. Spoke to the owner and he looked at the truck and we spoke about it for awhile. He said he’d have to call me back. No problem I thought, so I waited a week and still after hearing nothing I decided to call again and see if there was any word on the decision.He was still waiting on a call back so I waited.Two weeks went by and I called to see if he had any news on if he could do it or not. I explained to him if he didn’t want to do it, or if it was too much of a headache just let me know. He assured me he’s waiting on a call.That was in March. It’s now May and I’ve still heard nothing.Unprofessional customer service. The kind of customer service that just makes you feel a certain way. Like you, the customer, did something wrong.

Hewitt’s has been working on my vehicles for over 5 years now. Professional, prompt and mechanics have thorough knowledge of all makes and models. From a timing belt on my 10 year old Acura to a simple power lock fix on my 20 year old Honda CRV.

Ive been a customer at Hewitts for about two years. Guy and the other mechanics are absolutely, without a doubt, the best in the area! Always honest, dependable, and do very quality work. I had a horrid experience at a Honda dealer this week trying to get them to replace a wheel bearing under my warranty. They gave me the run-around for about 6 hours then gave me a grocery list of invented problems (everything but the wheel bearing, of course.) Took it back to Hewitts this morning, and sure enough- it was the wheel bearing! He replaced it and now my car is back in safe operating order. I highly recommend Hewitts!

Took me in right away and fixed my situation. They were nice, let me see the gauge when he did the compression check and must have answered 50 bucks worth the questions I had for part of the diagnostic fee. Very thurough and did the job right and put that stuff on the plugs so they dont freeze in the head because the plug is steel and the head is aluminium. He didnt know I saw that.

These people are very unprofessional. I would never ever do business with the owner Kevin Hewitt ever again. He is a homophobic grown man that acts like a boy when he screws up. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. There is a ton of other shops around that actually treat their customers with respect and you would benefit from going to any one of them besides Hewitts.
