Writing this review solely based off the owner; not the receptionist, mechanics, etc. Lou was so nasty and unprofessional that I’m glad my insurance company decided to tow my car somewhere else. I certainly wouldn’t recommend using this business after him telling me “then I don’t know what to tell you” and yelling at me over the phone. His attitude was definitely the icing on top of dealing with insurance companies after being hit three states from home and having to total my new car!

They changed my broken back light cover very fast & Im have bodywork and transmission work done this week

Better late than never. I brought my Intrepid to Giordanos for collision repairs in 2001 and 2002. Both times, I could see no signs of any damage when the repairs were completed. I was really happy with the results. The employees were great to deal with, the work was done on time and I even got a ride to my job in the bosss pickup.If we did not move to SC, I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car in for any kind of body work.

Got rear-ended about a month ago, had work done on my car. And I can tell you this...AVOID this place at all costs! When I got my car back, I noticed the front passenger seat had two punchure holes that was never there.This repair shop will do whatever they want with your vehicle, then return it marked up! as if I wouldnt recognize the difference

Brought my car in after an accident, they did work without my consent, did not fix my car properly, the alignment was still off, did not replace weathering strips, and the car has had a continuous death wobble ever since. The staff tried to get me to pay for a rental that was not covered even though I was able to get a rental fully covered. Brought my car back because I was unhappy with the repairs, after already having to turn in my rental, and they still didnt fix the death wobble/shaking that wasnt there before the accident. If you use this garage DO NOT PAY OR SIGN UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN/DRIVEN YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SURE THEY ACTUALLY FIXED IT.

My mother went here when she got rear ended. This place has a very Poor quality of service. Over charged her the rental. Didnt complete job. Have to return to finish work. Very unsatisfied. Feel free to contact me for further details. Go to a different body shop where they actually care.
