New store. Looks well organized. Inventory well stocked for mostly any house hold products plus.

I want to like this store. It is a close neighborhood store that I want to support. However, the last 3 times I have been in there and asked questions about items/situations they should be able to help me with, no one knows!! Furthermore, they don’t care. The young people working in there are the worst. I don’t feel drawn to pay higher prices at a store with little knowledge or interest any longer.

Customer service is great with friendly and helpful staff. The prices are higher than major chains like Lowes or Home Depot though. This is a great spot for convenience if you live close by and need something quick.

Its a nice store higher prices though.Ill stick with Lowes. Military discount saves money.

Its not the old Pleasants Hardware we once knew. Was known for finding anything unusual. Its just a basic hardware store now.

Had a lot of things in a small place and the people that work there are knowledgeable and really can help you unlike the big stores like Lowes and Home Depot

Great store had all that I needed

Pleasants hardware is always dependable for small amounts of screws,nails etc. Also best keep secret for grass seed(Johnathan green,Titan Rx, local tall fescue blends). Great service and knowledgeable staff at this location.

Needed a aerator for my kitchen sink and I am on oxygen. The young man went and got it for me so I didnt have to walk that far. Super service.

Very friendly service and fair pricing. I once overpaid for an item the customer before me forgot to get scanned. The clerk ran out of the store to catch me before I left so they could correct the error. Great experience here every time.

Helpful employees and good variety.

Breath of fresh hardware if you ask me. Had everything I normally get at a big box store with competitive prices. Personable staff who are knowledgeable and actually willing to assist with anything. Looking forward to being a long standing customer with this local hardware shop.

Very helpful staff even though I didnt find what I was looking for. Not as big a selection as their original store but a great option if you want to avoid the big box stores.

For a small store, they pretty much have anything you need. Their prices are higher than in the big stores, but they make up for it with great service.

Super friendly service. We prefer to support our local people so check them out first.
