Was great and very polite. They had the exact part I needed for my lawnmower when no other place had it ie( Tractor supply, home depot, Lowes). Got my riding lawnmower cutting grass again. They told me that they always keep items in stock. So I will definitely be back if I need any more parts. Beats having to wait for it to be shipped plus you can give them your model number of the lawnmower usually found under your seat and they will match it right up with the correct part.

I live in Chesterfield and had a Ryobi generator that needed service. I prefer authorized service centers for their experience and vendor support but the nearest center was in Richmond. Not wanting to go into a Democratic city with the militant wing of the Democratic party active I traveled to the next Ryobi service center, here at Atkinson. It was worth the trip. Pleasant people. They are in demand and there was a 10 day queue. They cleaned / rebuilt the carb and recommended a fuel stabilizer to prevent the problem from occurring again. Parts and labor was about $120, reasonable IMO.

Had my wife drop off an older saw for me to have a new fuel line and chain sharpening because i had to work extended hours all week. Bill was rather high when she picked it up. I called and they told me they had to rebuild the carburetor, and thats why it was so expensive. After explaining to them that they should called me before doing the extra work and costing me money I didnt want to spend, he replied that I shouldnt be having my wife run my errands for me. If I could give these jerks a negative star, I would. I recommend staying away from them. Very rude from both the owner and whoever the guy is that answers the phone. Will not ever be bringing anything to them again.

Ok this review is 2 years overdue. I took my Home Depot brigggs and Station generator to them about 5 years ago. When I picked it up they said “2 pulls it will start every time.” I called BS on the spot and of course 2 pulls later it started. Fast forward to today. Generator has been sitting in the back of my shed for about 24-30 month with no use st all. I preparation for this impending storm I pulled it out. Put freshish gas in it. Opened the fuel valve. Opened the choke. Flicked the on switch. Gave a half hearted pull and I’ll be damned it started right away. That is what I call quality service, craftsmanship and know how. My small engines go nowhere from this day forth.GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! KEEP UPNTHE GREAT WORK
