There will never be a trash service more reliable than these guys!! I had them for 23 years...Picked up on time, every time and every holiday except Christmas!! They were real people not just another trash company!!

We have had Donnies for 18 years. In all those years I can only remember 2 times that trash was not picked up on schedule, and both times it was unsafe to travel on the roads because of weather. Love you all! Very personable and the best part is they are local!

So glad I chose Donnie’s when moving into area 5 years ago. They are dependable and conscientious with your property. They even waited for me when I was late. Great guys

We didnt have any issues the first several years. Then they just started missing a week about once a month. We live on a private drive and when the middle neighbor canceled her service (because they didnt show up every week) they only started coming every other week. Then once a month. I was already paying extra and offered to pay even more if they would just come every week. They just stopped coming at all. When I called I was told it was too much trouble to go down the circle driveway for just me and two months later received a refund. After all of that they pull in my driveway when they show up to get the first neighbors trash and back out into the street because driving around the circle driveway is too much trouble. In the process of backing into the street they hit the mailboxes and guard rail. Luckily a neighbor witnessed it and the driver admitted it but the owner didnt want to fix any of the damage. My mailbox has been fixed after they received a letter from an attorney but the guardrail is still damaged.

We have been using Donnie’s Refuse for 6 years and are extremely pleased with the service and EXCELLENT customer service that they provide. All of the employees are extremely friendly and we will keep referring them to friends and family!

Would give lower score but cannot use negatives. They charged extra to collect at the house and then would not regularly collect. Then they just quit coming and when someone finally answered they said the driver didnt want to come back anymore. It took forever to get our money back because they had not shown up. No one answers and then they are argumentative and rude. Never use them again.

Will pick your trash up on time but will NEVER return a phone call. We tried for a month and all we got was voicemail. We originally wanted to add recycling to our service however after leaving multiple messages and no response - we had had enough of being ignored and switched to a different company. The other company called us back right away and was happy for our business.Rule 1 of customer service - do not ignore the customer. Donnys ignored this rule. We are no longer their customer.

Conscientious, efficient, never late, and always goes above and beyond. Best trash service I’ve ever had!

I have used them for 25 years because they were the service in the area. Recently, they are less than dependable. Missed my trash again today.
