I needed the Windows 10 upgrade on 2 computers. Everyone else said needed to replace computers. I contacted John he was at my home the next morning, took both computers and had them back the next morning up and running just fine. Both computers cost less than what I was quoted for just one! Honest, stays in touch with you constantly on his progress and couldnt be nicer! Thank you John!!!!!
