This was only ever my second time getting my nails done professionally, so I didnt have the best idea of what I wanted. Everyone there was super friendly when I arrived, and Michael was beyond patient with me figuring out what I wanted. Im very pleased with the service and quality of my nails, and Ill definitely be going back!

This is my first time there and had their Pedicure with Hotstone and Paraffin. Sarah was very meticulous and did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

I will never go back. First & only time for Pedi.. flies everywhere. I had to wipe down the arms, head rest & chair control it was filthy.When the girl clipped toes nail and Cuticles she put clippings on top of my foot. Totally gross! Plus she didnt understand a word I said..i asked the guy the only guy working there why she does that his reply I dont know.Terrible place.

Went there multiple times. It was good at first but everytime I went something was wrong. Such as the end.of my.nails werent painted or half painted. Then I asked.to have yellow tips.and.pink.nails which I said multiple times. I eneded up with yellow tips,with the rest of the nail clear and one.on each hand pink. Then Im like thats not what I wanted. I got thats what you said. I said no it wasnt. Then I was charged extra.money for the yellow tips. I understand there is a language barrier but let.me.know you didnt understand. I will not be going back

Made an appointment and even arrived a few minutes early. The man in there was very rude like he was inconvenienced by doing my nails. I will say they had fair prices, but Ill take my business elsewhere for better quality.

Me and my daughter went here for the first time and we loved it they took there time and did our nails exactly how we asked with no problem or no rushing! We will absolutely return!!

Friendly workers who always do a nice and thorough job! Everything seems clean and neat.

Got a pedicure done and the very next day my big toe nail chipped.When I went back to get it fixed he just slapped the polish on top of the gel and said it was good enough. He did not even cure it with the light or put a finished polish on it to make it shiny.

Today I went into Queen nails to get a full set. I asked for stiletto shaped nails and they came out round as could be. The purple liquid they used to dip their brush in got underneath my Sterling silver ring and had a terrible reaction. Gave me a huge blistered chemical burn, when I showed the man who did my nails, he told me to put lotion on it. Half my nails arent fully painted, and definitely not what I paid 60$ for. Hr rushed right through doing my nails, so fast he cut underneath my cuticles and made me bleed. I will never go there again.

They did good on my nails, however wasnt expecting to pay as much as I did. Should have been told up front. And neither of them talked to me more than 5 words.

Sara and Michael need more employees to do all of their services. Only two people can fill or put a full set of nails on and the last three times my nails either fell off or chipped before a week was up. They don’t match in shape and have dips and lumps which is not acceptable for their over priced service. When they opened it was great. Service needs improvement !!!

I went here today and Im in love! I came in as a walk in and they took me back right away, Sarah did an INCREDIBLE job on my nails and the staff was all friendly. Definitely will be back and I would highly reccomend them!

I’ve been to all local nail salons and this one by far is my best experience! My nails are perfect! All the same size on both hands!! Not a huge selection of nail polish. They prefer you to make an appointment so your wait isn’t so long but all in all they’ll be getting my business from now on!

I’m fairly new to the area. And was worried about finding a new tech who knew what they were doing. Not only does this salon do a great job, they are very welcoming and have taken me in past hours and still did a great job!

Scheduled an app for 5pm at 11 am, waited 10 minutes before they started on other girls and didn’t seem like they were going to do mine when i had to be somewhere at 6.

Employees were very nice but my nails turned out terrible!! Had the gel polish put on. Nails on left hand had humps and dips all through them and right hand nail chip within one week!! Very sloppy!! I do believe the guy was new

Made an 11 am appointment. When I arrived I was seated at a dirty station and left there for 20 minutes without anyone saying word. I got up and left without getting my nails done.

Worst costumer service ever. They don’t speak to you. I tried to ask questions and they didn’t answer me. They cut both my mom and myself. I left before the service was complete bc they are dirty, unsanitary and down right RUDE! They just want your money. I work with the public (hair stylist)....good customer service is not hard when the customer is being patient and respectful. They are the WORST!

I went in, they are nice but a younger guy did my nails... Totally uneven, very sloppy. Not,happy at all for paying 90$ for 2 sets of gels. The lady did fantastic on my friends.

The nail technician that did my full set rushed through my pink and white tips and cut my fingers several times. They are misshapen crooked and the length on either hand does not match. This is by far the worst full set I have ever received. I am easy going, and understand everyone has their specialties. I should have been informed that this was not one of his, and I would have switched to color tips like everyone else in the salon.... aweful service for what was supposed to be a birthday treat for myself. The delux pedicure I got from a woman there was so amazing and i would give her 5 stars and I tipped her 10$

Poor service!! I had an appt. @4 w/ sarah for a pedi and fill. I arrived 345 and found out Sarah and Mike not there. Had to wait til 420 to be seen. Did a fast pedi then I decided with how bad the service was I wanted my nails removed. After nails were gone I asked the guy can I please have them painted to match my toes. He replied sorry to busy. Again, wow.... after I said ok Ill paint them when I get home he then said no, no I can do. I said nope you said you didnt have time. They have lost my business!!! Mike and Sarah youd not be happy how they were treating your clients today...no respect.

This shop uses MMA acrylic which is illegal.
