Although I may not be hiring them again, everyone from the company I have spoken with is very friendly. At the end of their work, they will ask if you are satisfied or if there are things you want fixed. Absolutely take the time to walk through your house and look at everything before ending the day with them. I would have had a better experience had I taken the time to check the work prior to them leaving.I should have asked more questions about COVID, and I should have asked for more information be put into the quote. I was very uncomfortable with the large amount of people they sent into my house during a pandemic. And they promised me things that they did not do later, but I couldnt complain because it was not written down. i.e., I was told they would wipe the inside of the fridge.One of their cleaners made my new stainless steel trash can rust. Also, I specifically emptied my trash and used my own liners because mine do not rip easily. I dont know why, but they replaced them with their liners, which of course busted and left a mess in my trash can later.Also, I hate to say this, but last year I asked for a receipt. I was told that if I needed a receipt I would need to PAY MORE because they would need to show they charged tax. Sorry, but RED FLAG.

Im really not impressed. The owner talks a big game, but fails to deliver. Certainly not worth the price, if I wanted my house cleaned to mediocre standard I would just let my kids do it.They didnt get the corners, and they left a bunch of stuff behind, including a broom and several rags. I also found a pile of dead flies on the carpet from where a very high window ledge was cleaned, but then never vacuumed up.

Amazing job they did with our clean out.
