Everyone was very friendly and helpful, scheduling was flexible and made to work with our school/work, therpist was welcoming and made everyone feel comfortable. I highly recommend.

My 10 year old son is a patient. I called this facility the week before my sons first visit and was treated very well and it was agreed that they would get back with early the next week after the initial visit to tell me how the visit went. I was never called. Second visit scheduled for 6/5/17 at 4pm I called the office on this day and again reminded them that I am concerned about my son and I have EVERY right to hear about my 10 YEAR OLD sons progress and I was hit with very rude comments that Neighborhood Counseling does not have to reach out to me and I would have to call in during his appointment with his mother. This is all after according to my son the Dr. He is seeing is friends with his Mothers parents .. therefore this dr. Has become bias and now will only speak to their mother. BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY! !
