My experience with Annie’s Flooring was very unprofessional. When I first contacted them, Mindy and Chris said they were able to do the flooring in our small diner on the dates we needed it done. Mindy offered to stop by real quick when she was on her way back from another appointment, but I was not able to meet with her at that time. So she asked that I do the measurements and send them to her since she didn’t have time to stop by before doing the project in the next few weeks - it’s a 20 minute drive. I’m not a contractor so I added a little to each measurement to make sure they had enough material. They offered a decent price on some flooring left over from a recent job. I received a quote and accepted it so I drove over to the facility and put down my 20%. They took the payment, I signed the agreement and at that time we were still on for the project. The next day I messaged Mindy and reminded her that those measurements were just estimated and if she could meet up to see the project before they started so I could let her know exactly what they were doing. I received a response back saying the project was being cancelled due to other projects that came up and that she was sending my deposit back. I emailed both Mindy and Chris since this put me in a bind having everything lined up with no response from either. I received my deposit back today. I will never do business with this company again. All the positive reviews is what drew me to calling them. Apparently you can’t go by that.

We were completely renovating our kitchen and that included the floor. They came in after we pulled out all the cabinets and the island to find a cheaper, damaged wood species. The new island was going to take up less floor space so repairing it was a must. They pulled out the damaged wood and replaced With the same species wood we found. Then sanded and refinished the floor. The before and after of the floor is a spectacular transformation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were unable after several attempts! Phone calls to have Nature Stone Company return to apply our epoxy over our flooring that Nature Stone installed last year. So Annie’s was recommended and was very receptive to help us. They researched the product needed and made several attempts to get the Nature Stone product but the Stone company was not cooperative. So they did more research and found another comparable product- waited for appropriate weather and applied the epoxy to the outside patio. The owner and business manager were sooooo wonderful. Called us the day before to make sure it was OK to apply and then followed up the day after. What wonderful local customer service!!!! We would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the cleaning service provided. Mindy is friendly and professional, and really seemed to care about our project. They got the work we needed done within our time frame with no issue, for a more than fair price! Would recommend to anyone!

I used to work for Annies! And let me tell you that Mindy and her familys concern for a quality installation and product was ALWAYS paramount. Detailed instructions for the homeowners wishes and concerns were given at the start of every project. These are people you can trust with your project and I wouldnt recommend anyone else.👍

Annies is a hometown small business with local owners. In my opinion they are A+. Punctual, professional, and friendly. Fairly priced and excellent at what they do. I would use them again for any of my flooring needs. Cleaning, new floors, reclaimed wood, and carpet.

We just had Annies install subway tile backsplash. They did an amazing job! They were there when expected, and were very professional. They did quality work and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the price. A big shout out goes to Jake and Greg for being extra careful moving my new appliances. Jake even cleaned under my stove! I would recommend them for any home improvement needs. They are top notch!
