Best place; they dont give u the run around, they go straight to the point and they take care of u on the spot.

My daughter had her first serious dentist appointment and was a nervous wreck. She had me and my husband so stressed however she went in to get a tooth extracted and they took great care of her. When we walked in to pick her up she was smiling and happy and saying “ yay mommy and daddy I did it!” I’m so grateful for the staff that took their time with me, my husband and our daughter. Doctor Ghrair and Mr. Tony Aracely made our baby feel so comfortable, she is no longer afraid of the dentist office but we’re gonna make sure she don’t ever have any serious dentist appointments in the future your staff was a blessing thank you so muchToday I got my first root canal which I was very nervous about and by the grace of God and Western Dental staff here on Slauson I felt no pain I am so happy and relieved I finally got this appointment out the way and had a great experience.

I went in for 3 extractions. I was really really nervous. Dr. Kermit was a very excellent Dr. He was very patient, caring, and quick. He saw i was very nervous and he put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this dental office and highly recommend Dr. Kermit to work on your teeth. Thank you Dr. Kermit, your the best.

Ive been coming to this dental office for years, since about 2008, and the service gets worse every time I come. There have been numerous staff changes and it just isnt the same as it used to be. I understand precautions have to be taken now because of COVID but its ridiculous when youre sitting waiting to even be seen 2 whole hours AFTER your appointment time and its near closing time. It isnt the first time that they make me reschedule our appointments because of their lack of time management. Why bother booking appointments if the scheduled time wont be adhered to? The lady at the reception desk told me once they double and triple book because they have no shows but that affects those of us that actually show up to our appointments on time. Their excuse is always that theyre understaffed but they still feel the need to overbook. As a long time patient at this location Im very disappointed and bummed that I will now have to look for a different dental office because I dont have time to sit around all day waiting for my family and I to get a simple check-up or cleaning that at one point would take an hour, 2 tops, for the 4 of us.

Theyre open now but make sure you have plenty of time to wait for your turn because of the guidelines they have to follow to keep us safe and healthy. Been waiting for over 30 mins now and not sure when Ill come in. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable and always open to answer any concerns.Update: appointment was at 11:30, didnt get my checkup until 2pm. For a cleaning I had to wait another 30ish minutes so I rescheduled. Come in with plenty of time to spare.

After reading some of the reviews on here I felt really nervous. If Im being honest, I almost cancelled, but I am so glad I didnt! I do have to agree that it was more on the expensive side, but worth every cent. I had such a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and respectful. Everything was pretty straightforward. I was helped by Dr. Liu(and staff), and they walked me through every single step. I came in for wisdom teeth extractions and was put to sleep for the entire process. It was an 1 hour long procedure and so far I feel fine. I highly recommend this practice.

The doctor (Chinese lady) was in a bad mood and she treat it my sister really bad they have bad service I will never recommend this dentist

Very good experience. Dentist are nice and staff as well. I went for three filings and a re treatment for a root canal. They do a very fast job and there very gentle. Will recommend to my family and friends.

Great experience... I was nervous to get surgery but the surgeons made me feel relaxed.. it didnt hurt at all and I had two surgeries already... very good experience

My appointment was at 9am, went in and since I had already filled out the paperwork online everything was quick. Only a minor wait of approximately 15 minutes and then went in to see the doctor. Will definitely return to this place again. Small tip, dont be late, and try to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment in case further paperwork is required.

It is such a bad experience here. It is a very irresponsible clinic and it is not the first time theyve canceled our appointments. If you have an appointment they will cancel or if not they will have you wait for hours just to be seen and then say they will not do anything that they need to refer you to a specialist or that the doctor that usually does cleaning, for example, is not available and they will have to reschedule. It seems that there are NEVER ANY DOCTORS available. It is really frustrating and I have never recieved the treatment that I have received at this clinic. It is ridiculous. I rated it a one star because that is the least but to be honest the experience I had at this clinic deserves no stars.

Doctor was very good with his hand didnt feel nothing at all. And staff was great I was in great pain and they took me in quickly and helped me out great job doctor and staff...

Customer service is not their strong point. The receptionist is short with people and will cut you off, even if you are polite with her. The dentist is a bit impatient and her communication with her team is poor. Their proccess took longer due to lack of logical trouble shooting skills with med-ical requests/approval. However, the end result was acceptable. Adding to my comment....perfect example of their communication with their team and patients...we have an appointment for 11:30 am and they called us in to the room at 12Pm. The receptionist did not let us know that their is only one dentist in today. One of the dentist assistants that is always honest with us let us aware of the situation and that we will most likely know that we will be waiting for a good while and if that we wanted to come back. Why wouldnt the reception let us know?

The Orthodontist is very professional and i came in for a consultation after already having braces and he explained every single procedure and outcome of getting them again. I was very pleased with the front desk area service that i even set up another appointment to see the other doctor for a cleaning and check up. During this visit Antonio, was so kind and explain the process from A to Z and introduced the Dr. the dr then gave me a complete exam and explained the few procedures that i needed. The girl who talks about prices, ( i think her name is Gina) assisted me in getting a financial assistant that is very easy and convenient to me. From the other dental offices I’ve been to, so far their service outdos the other dental places I’ve been to in Maywood.

I had an issue with a duplicated payment charged to my credit card that were unable to solve it. Even if it was by staff ‘s mistake. Plus, I felt they were rude to me.

Hate coming to the dentist let alone dealing with the insurance portion of it the office manager Cristina was kind to not only explain the process to me twice but even a third time when she saw the look on my face still of confusion. The dentist had light hands and office was neat and clean.

Disgusting its the only word I can think off, I was do procedures today, as they lead me to sit me inside, the area they were supposed to work on me was filthy, dried blood splattered on the wall, and possible inside the transparent plastic cover on the seat, I just walked out and informed the receptionist why I was leaving. I got panicked of just sitting on that chair.

More than 2 hours waiting to enter, my appt was 10:00 am and I was able to enter at 3:00 pm .. the waiting time was very long.

They didnt do everything to me, I have to go back again and this is the second time I have been missing another dentist they do everything on the part because they dont have time and I do lose it I have to come back again

Super bad service 5 months ago they put a crown on me and today I am here to be beaten again just for that reason I have been waiting for 2 hours to glue and stick it.
