Company is inept. Lock you into long term contracts. Can change pricing terms whenever they choose. When you try to change services it always takes an extra month or two. Services provided arent always ful-filled. From top to bottom company stink. Like literally stinks. I had to breath through my mouth.But seriously, you are better off buying your own products to maintain them. Its way cheaper in the long run.

Worst customer service ever!1. Signed an agreement after saying I do not want a contract - the guy said it would only be a formality to start serviceEnded up signing a contract for 3 yearsAnd never received a copy of the agreement.2. It took them 4 month to install the equipment after calling them again and again they finally apologies and said they would deliver the next day3. Deliver all my paper goods to a store 3 doors down4, called and emailed to complain about the terrible service it took the 3 months to get back to me5. Now terminating contract early and have to pay $610DO NOT WORK WITH CINTAS

Terrible service. They charge you for services and then do not even provide them. They are sneaky and always try to get over on people. Do not trust these people.
