I had O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning come out for an issue with my heating system. Selling my house so I had to get everything in working order. The issue turned out to be minor. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. I recommend to anyone needing heating/AC service. Cant say enough about how fair, honest and what good work Josh does. My wife has commented but I find it fair that I do as well. As a service contractor myself I know both good service and bad. Jim visited one day after my call about an issue in my heating system. He was a very nice and capable guy. He was quick in identifying the cause and fixed it thoroughly and cleanly, without any mess. He also checked the whole system to make sure theres no other issue. Also, he explained to me the working mechanism of the system and gave me some maintenance tips. We were very happy with the service- we had a diagnostic done (which was very thorough) and then had the work done a couple of days later. The service tech explained everything really well, showed us the old part and wrote out the guarantees on the contract. Professional and punctual- would definitely recommend!!! Even when we first called they were very helpful over the phone and explained what to check to make sure the heater was really broken before we had someone come out.

The tech temporarily fixed the issue and came out first thing Monday morning to completely fix the issue - high limit switch. He also completed some maintenance on the furnace. There is no question I will call them if I have any issues. Their rate is also very reasonable for this single mother and I appreciate their honesty and hard work. A guy called to inform us the service technician was on his way. He arrived around 10:30 am. He solved the problem and fixed it right away. As he was working, he explained everything to us. He was very professional, yet personable. We highly recommend him.

I am happy to say wee got our first cleaning service for an outdoor A/C condenser unit. The two specialists arrived within the time frame they estimated and explained what theyre gonna be doing before they start their work. We like that they answer my questions about the maintenance and they tell you what you need or dont need to keep your system running good. We also like their professional attitude.

My recent encounter with O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning was terrific. When I called because my air conditioner sounded like it was about to die, they scheduled an appointment quickly. When Jim arrived, he figured out the problem right away. Since he didnt have the part it needed, he called a nearby truck and they dropped off the part in no time. O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning replaced or condo pancake unit in 2018 did a great job. There were a couple of hiccups on the parts sent to the installers, but the installers made the right calls, found the correct unit and proceeded in a very professional manner. Then in 2019 our son bought a wifi connected thermostat which I botched the install. Called O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent Jim the serviceman. He had the system up and running in 20 minutes as well as checking the entire system. I really like these guys
