This mechanic set aside time on Labor Day weekend for my car, even though he was full up and I was a walk in. I really needed the work done and it was stressing me out, they were beyond courteous in dealing with me. Worked through his lunch to get me back on the road. Cant recommend them enough.

They went above and beyond on my car! Timing belt changed, water pump replaced, coolant flushed and replaced, cam seals replaced, sway bar fixed, 90000 mile check up, spark plugs replaced, the works. It was awesome!

Shorettes repeatedly under-sells and over-delivers. When I got into a fender bender, they looked at my front and said that they wouldnt be able to do a good job putting it back together because they werent a body shop. When they finished, it looked perfect at a glance, but upon further examination, there were minor misalignments -- nothing unexpected though. What was unexpected was how well they did their job after they told me that they wouldnt be able to do a very good job.When I went for an oil change this morning, they told me theyd have it done by close. It was finished about two hours before they closed.I will continue to bring my business to them as long as I live within reasonable distance.

There is NO PLACE ELSE I would take my car. Im not the most trusting person when it comes to mechanics... I trust these guys. Friendly, family owned and run business. VERY fair regarding pricing and never pushes unnecessary repairs on you. If they ever close or sell the business, I will cry.
