Company is terrible with payments.. during a pandemic, constantly hassling when a check mailed before payment due date gets there a day late. they charge you a late fee. They do not offer any deferrals during this time of crisis. Nor when on the phone with them, they dont care about hardships. Since late fees are not paid, they threaten you with repossession but they do still cash the monthly payment checks... not looking for free things as we pay and are currently up to date on monthly dues. They need to have a better customer service.I did not buy the sheds from them, they only collect payments.

Conmen and liars. Do not buy a shed from these crooks. They tell you 0% interest, but then they hide a 55% rental fee in the fine print. So, a shed that should cost $8,000 ends up costing $16,000. Shop somewhere else.
