Its sad I hv to give one star to write a horrible experience.....the customer service is rude and try buying flooring Ive installed flooring as a professional 35 yrs and get many jobs bc the lowes of Mayfield Ky is a joke I will drive to Home depot no matter the cost ....save at Lowes lol the mayfield store is uneducated people that act like Mcdondles when u ask for ketchup .....buy a cheap China floor from lowes youll be so sorry buy a kobalt tape measure it will last two jobs these box stores is why we hv covid 19 I frreccomend true value Home depot and Yes Harbor frieght blows the doors off of lowes customer service.....pull your stocks places like this fail in time ....me star should be a minus 5

Customer service is 10 times better in Mayfield than the Paducah Southside location.

Inventory is pretty good for this location... This is one of the smaller lows but it has a decent assortment.... The issue they currently have is installation... Double check the installers, make sure theyve been doing it a while.... Lowes hires and outside company and doesnt verify it exactly whos working on their job...

In the last few days we have been to 5 different Lowes and I have to say that the Lowes in Mayfield was amazing. The customer service provided by John at the pro desk was super amazing We had asked several ways trying to find a solution for a bath remodel that we needed the materials for. John sat with us at the computer looking at all the different Lowes and any possible combination ...at one point even apologizing for how long he was taking, I assured him that we appreciated how hard he was trying, he stayed past the time he was off, found a solution that worked and really impressed us. His coworker Chad was also great. Thanks so much to the guys at Mayfield Lowes, only other option was to go to a competitor...and buy something that was more money and lower quality.

I have installed flooring for 35 years a tape measure is a tool I must have the Lowes in Mayfield Ky ask for my ph number each time with the excuse of warranty I hade a tape measure break I called with my ph number and debit card the manager said they could not respond over the phone i would need to drive 16 miles to see if they would cover a new tape even though they sell kobalt tools as there brand ....i refuse to be talked to like a thug i broke a Milwaukee tape and Milwaukee sent a new one no questions ask and didnt require a old tape measure be sent back to me thats service Ill never buy from lowes again if this is bad as a carpet installer i can tell you they will put your job off they are unprofessional and rude i reccomend home depot for tape measures as well as flooring but if you must choose lowes dont go to the Mayfied Ky store where undereducated rude people who most likely didnt finish high school Ill eat two junk tape measures I deal with construction daily the tapes will cost more than the business I send elsewhere harbor freight treats people better lowes is a garbage store home depot at least acts like they care .....h in

I went to the paint center a few weeks ago with just a photo of inspiration for what I wanted with color. Mr. Scott went above and beyond to help me find the right colors. I had never painted before in my life. He was patient and helped me every step of the way, walking me through which paints and brushes to use, helping me find painting tape, finding my EXACT color, and finding me sparkles to put in my paint! Overall it was a wonderful experience! Definitely will have my business again!

Mayfield location is excellent in many areas; Staff is friendly, items have always been stocked sufficiently in the three years I have shopped with them, and the bathrooms (and entryway area) are properly kept and fully functional. Any questions asked---they are ready and willing to attend to.

Needed plumbing supplies for a water emergency and a gas line repair, theyve hired a new plumbing specialist who is excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Went in with a service dog and the staff was very friendly and treated the dog very kind as well.

Close very good place the installers or top notch they work hard the precise theyre clean and professional they did a good job with us two thumbs up

Went into the Mayfield Kentucky Lowes to get carpet installed on back porch. No one in flooring dept, so I ask an associate in the adjoining dept who can help me. He says someone should be over, then goes back to playing with his smartphone. So I go up front to have someone paged. She puteout a code 3 for flooring, I wait 5 min., no one shows. I call for a manager, and am put on hold, no answer after another 10 minutes. Done with Lowes.

Great store, 1st time there in MAYFIELD, KY

This visit was good. Improvement over previous visits. Better cashiers and better customer service people had to return items. Customer service from low 1 to a three give it a couple more visits before raising to a 5 star.

How do you go here at 8 a.m. in the morning tyi get some improvement tools and have an emergency bowel movement only to mess yourself because management allowed their employees to NOT deliver clean restrooms for their customers? Its 8 a.m. Did they not clean tthen at shifts end the night before? Did they not consider being open for business at 8 a.m. (which includes having a clean restroom available)?

Went to buy a washer. Had 2 picked out. Did not have either. Wait and check later.

I buy from every lowes store in 100 miles as a contractor and rental property owner. This store always disappoints me. Inventory on some of your basic needs is low or out and to get help here is a chore. When Im forced to go I will but Ive driven to Union city and Murry past this store at times because I know they just wont have it here.

Wow. So disappointed. Bought my Black Friday special online, said I pick it up in the store.Drive 30 miles to get it only to be told there are none left. But I havent been charged... when prompted said there might be some available next week.I could go online and order another. (Seriously, I just did that... isnt the definition of insanity doing the same thing & expecting a different result?)Not happy with this shopping experience at all.

Lowes is always amazing. I can just spend the day looking around the store. I recently found great deals in their appliances when we moved to a new house and needed all new ones. Be sure to check out their scratch and dent stuff that they put in the main aisle. So many great deals and products.

Huge shout-out to Lowes in Mayfield, and Sierra (Ciara?) in Appliances! Ive also dealt with Jordan and one of the female managers. While Murray wanted to wash their hands of my issue, Mayfield took up my cause. While products fail, systems will have issues, delivery could be improved on the back end (notification and having everything loaded on the order), its how its dealt with that matters. The people make this location.

This store does not even deserve 1 star, but I couldn’t write a review without it. Purchasing and having flooring installed at this location has been the biggest headache. From ordering the incorrect materials not once, but twice and failing to order other necessary materials I can honestly say I will never spend another penny at this store. No one there can give consistent or correct information and instead pass the buck off on other people. It’s pretty sad when management is the least professional/friendly people in the store. Anyone considering purchasing flooring and having it installed: I urge you to choose another store!

Beyond the vast selection and knowing I can count on finding what I need every time, what I like best about Lowes are the employees. They have a kindness about them that is heartfelt. I always leave feeling happier because of them

Was in the store today with gloves and mask on. I asked a lady working there that was 8-10 from me a question then held up the package. She jumped a good foot backwards like I was the devil. I had a Very bad experience with my online purchase. When I went to pick the items up & Got Home there Was Several Things Missing That They Didnt Put In our truck. Then I Get Back Home & My Fiancé Tells Me The SheetRock They Put On Truck was Wrong kind. So needless To say We Will Have To Drive Back Tomorrow To Get the right Kind! I Have Spent Gas Going Back & Forth. & Most of Our Order Was Not There. I Recommend Never Ordering Nothing Online Because Whoever Got My stuff Together Didn’t Know what they was doing! I’m Disappointed With The Way things Went. I Thought If U ordered They Would Know How To get It Together For U but apparently Not.

I went in on Thursday to purchase a washer and dryer, and set up delivery for Sunday. Should not have been a problem as we set up delivery days ahead of time. Sunday is here, we have called several times today and we were guaranteed that it would be delivered today, its now 6:37p.m. and they just called to tell us they ran out of time, and will deliver it in the morning. Complete bullcrap. I repeat, WE SET UP DELIVERY DAYS AHEAD OF TIME. This wont happen again. This week I was going to buy a stove here as well, but if I have to get it home myself to make sure its there Ill just drive to Paducah and get it at Home Depot (they have the one I wanted $50 cheaper anyway).

Was not happy when I left. Bought 5 lights all same brand for great room. Different color globes on 2 of them They couldnt do anything about it. As much money that I have spent there. Not Happy

I went to the blinds section, pressed the help button, and an associate arrived in less than a minute. I highly recommend this location for any outdoor, indoor, and home needs. Far superior selection and pricing to Wal-mart.

Most of the time have to go to another store because they dont have what you need. Prices have gone up so high now that customers go elsewhere. Merchandise is almost always priced wrong or located in wrong place. If workers cant tell you the correct price how is the customer suppose to know. It be marked one price but ring up higher. Price signs say one thing but checkout says something totally different and the cashier call for dept manager who actually reads the price sign different from what the employee says. The store has its favorite and not all prices are for everyone.

Great people with outstanding customer service! Theyre almost always busy but man do they HUSTLE! Super helpful too, they are more than happy to go as far out of their way as possible to make sure you arent ever missing or forgetting about any details within your project! These guys even do projects for the community right here in Mayfield as well! Couldnt ever ask for a better option on where to get material at!

Dave (I believe that was his name) found me struggling in the aisle picking up two exterior prehung doors. He not only loaded them up on the cart but helped me find other items required and Ioaded them in my vehicle. Thank you to whomever gives customer service training skills to the Lowes employees.

Very shady business I bought a $4000 lawnmower from them which they admitted when confronted they left out in rain and filled gas tank up with water then made me pay to have it fixed even with a extended warranty will never make a major purchase from Lowes again very dissatisfied I even had paperwork to prove it should I fight them in small claims court?

Went in with my sister to look for things for a Halloween event shes having. Got in and a worker immediately asked if she could help us tonight and we declined. Started looking more and we seen an item they didnt have in stock and we talked about it and a worker came up a few moments later and showed us a video of what the item would look like running! Then when we left, a worker said have a beautiful night as we left. The people at this lowes are amazing workers, and are very dedicated to making sure their customer service is up to par!

I spend most of my time in the plant Center and everyone at the Mayfield Lowes Plant Center is just superb. They are always happy to help, kind, and respectful. They really impressed me this year with their stock.
