Well i rented a sheetrock lift from DC rentals and I will not be using them ever again. It snowed and I was unable to get anywhere at all. Much less to the jobsite because it was a mud whole before the snow. When I told them I couldnt get it to them and asked if I had to still pay for the snow days. I was told yes because I had there number blocked to keep them from calling me. Which I did not as a matter of fact when the lady verified my info. Upon rental I corrected her with my new number and I guess she didnt change it in the computer so they was calling my old number and I got charged for every single day no break at all. Not to mention very rude employees. I have rented from them multiple times having my own construction business but never again.

I have always had good customer service here. I don’t have to wait long, I’m in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I just recently found out they rent vehicles too! They have a range of rental equipment and if I ever need it they will get my business. I recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been dealing with this rental company for about a year through a company I work for. And every time we’ve got equipment from there it always broke down. The delivery guy completely has an attitude all the time. I went myself and rented a tractor from them. For daily rental they tried to charge me almost $1000. For tractor that I spent at least five hours working on just so I can use the tractor. Then they try to charge me for a new foot on the tractor that I knew nothing about said he got bent. The homeowners that I was doing the work for I heard about this and they are very frustrated about their services. I would not recommend

Had what I needed when I needed it very friendly service

I used DC because our local rental dealer was out of scaffolding and walk boards. From the very first at pulling into their lot I could tell they were on top of their game. The lot was well organized with great equipment on display and their building didnt look like a pawn shop with junky equipment laying around everywhere. The price was very competitive and the service was friendly. I felt like they appreciated my business, which is sometimes rare these days. Loading was convenient and assisted by a staff member. Upon return, there were two gentlemen there helping unload and check in the equipment. The process went very quickly. I will definitely call on them again. The short drive is worth the service and getting the tools you need.

The people were very helpful on the phone. They had the equipment we need, a bush mower and a gas blower.The bush mower was used for about 7 hours and made the property look much cleaner, our daughter which is about 52 operated it the whole time. The equipment was very clean and up to speed on preformance. We also rented the trailer to haul with. The price was 1/2 compared to Paducah.Very pleased, son in law plans to use DC for his equipment needs also.God Bless
