This is the first bad review Ive ever left!A few months back we reserved a car and they didnt have it. They sent us to Murray who said over the phone one was available, but yet again they didnt have it. We canceled. They told us we couldnt call corporate, but theyd have them contact us. That never happened. Now today we had a reservation and they said the same thing. Apparently our numbers not on file(yet again) and theres a car shortage and theres nothing they can apparently do about it. The lady even smirked at me and the manager couldnt give me her time and walked into her office. We had a funeral to go to, but YET again enterprise has disappointed us.

Enterprise did not deliver the car I had reserved more than a week earlier. They had no problem promising the car, no problem delivering a poor substitute. But what are you going to do? Your plans are made. Not blaming the very professional young woman at the store, it was clearly not her decision. I needed that particular car for a particular reason. And I am a repeat customer. Makes you wonder how they treat folks who dont use them often.

Enterprise is great! The prices are good and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and fast.

I’ve rented cars from many different companies enterprise is the one that I have chosen over all the others. When I travel I rent from enterprise their cars are always ready and available they’re clean they’re comfortable you can upgrade it anytime and I like the fact that there’s a reliable company that I can go to to get a car when I need it they will bring the car to you. That’s why I always use enterprise they’re really great people.

Made a reservation almost 2 weeks in advance on Dec 3 for a rental at the Mayfield Ky office on Dec 11th at 830am and enterprise calls me to tell me the vehicle is still in Murray ky and needs a oil change on the day of my pickup and was 1100am before it was ready for me to get, very disappointed in readiness and they didnt even offer a discounted rate. Ive rented numerous times and never had this much trouble but I feel that i will be looking elsewhere If I need to rent in the near future.

I rented a intermediate sized car via the Enterprise ap. It saved me $10 to do so. The car was clean and in good condition. Word of advice, if you are 6 and over, I do not recommend the intermediate sized cars. Next time, we will pay the extra for a standard size car. Everyone was processional in getting everything ready for rental and for return. We had no problems. I would recommend this place to anyone.

There arent many options to choose from in Mayfield for renting a car. I had to have one while mine was being serviced. Staff was nice. Car was clean just no choice in what car I was given to drive. The car they gave me was the only car they had.

They never give me back the $200 dollars deposit. I suppose to get back the $200 when I return the car. Also I have a receipt for a new tire I pay from my pocket in which they didnt pay me back and plus they kept the new tire.

They forgot to tell me theres a $200 deposit when I was booking the rental, so Tony rectified that by upgrading me into a much nicer car. Paid for a Mitsubishi Mirage but got to drive a Dodge Grand Caravan. Im frankly not sure how much of an upgrade this was. The van ended up costing me more than twice the amount I budgeted for gas, which caused me to be late getting back while trying to come up with money to fill the tank back up. That aside it was no doubt a more comfortable vehicle with a better touch screen radio, cruise control and a lot more power. Do be aware that they exaggerate fuel mileage ratings, they claim 25MPG on this van but it really gets like 18. Make sure to slow them down during their inspection, and take pictures of the vehicle before you drive off. This van had a curbed wheel they didnt see in their inspection that I would have been charged for if I didnt notice it when I made a gas stop.

I got a Nissan rogue for my vacation and enjoyed it thank you enterprise
