I am not going to lie. I was nervous about being rear ended by another State Farm customer. I was afraid that it was going to be big issue. The claims handler assured me to keep taking care of my medical got my car set for repairs. He said keep going to dr until you back gets better... Now that is service... The staff in my local office always call with concerns and care as well... Hats off to all!!
