He came out to look at a window a/c that had quit working, got it apart, removed bad part then left. It was a Friday afternoon and knew there was nothing else he could do at that time.I waited till Monday to call and see if he had ordered the part and this is where the problem began. Called four times Monday, twice Tuesday and once Thursday. Never an answer, no voicemail set up, no return call.I don’t know what his problem is but my elderly mother, whom I care for has been without a/c for one week now. Can’t believe he wouldn’t give the courtesy of returning a call & at least saying he doesn’t want the job or something.Very fortunate I found someone else who knew what the part was Hobbs took & was able to order one. It’s going to be up into the 90’s this weekend and it’s this mans fault my mother doesn’t have any a/c.

They hung up on me when trying to get a price on an appliance.

Never came back to work on my washer just left me hanging
