I would absolutely use H&R Block next year for my tax return preparation. The staff were all friendly and welcoming when I walked in. Daniel Burns explained my return to me step by step and was very patient and kind. He was very knowledgeable and reassured me about my tax needs in the future. There were no interruptions, and he focused on my client needs, and it was completed in a very timely manner. I was very pleased and would highly recommend H&R Block to my friends, acquaintances, and family members. A+ Customer Service! Thank you H&R Block!

The price was not explained in the beginning. I could not fully understand the lady doing my taxes. The lady was very rude. She insisted that I sign paperwork that I didnt read yet.

I was told I would get a gift card for a referral. My mom doesnt have email, she is 90, and I referred by word of mouth, they didnt give a gift card and never even bothered to respond to my email. Their customer service number is so understaffed you cant hold to talk to someone and they disconnect you. First and LAST time ever use H & R Block !!

I decided to go back to Mayfield which was my original location when I first started using H&R Block services. So I decided to have my taxes there again this year because I am used to exceptional service and tax preparers that know what theyre talking about and are aware of the government changes. And are easy to talk to and understand. I did save a lot this year. And that new tax law really helped me and it was explained to me why. Thank you H&R Block for continuing to help me through the tax years

You would be better off giving your W2 to a Monkey. Absolute garbage. They operate on a system older than the Rosetta Stone, and know how to run it as well as a blind mute. On top of that, I was told I was getting back X amount of Money via Tax Refund. I ended up owing Money. Btw, Im in a single household - I rent - and Im 24.Worthless.

My preparer seemed to not know what they were doing. When we arrived they seemed to just try to push us out the door as a “drop off” customer when that’s not what we wanted to do at all.

The service wss fantastic! The employee who helped me was extremely knowledgable and engaging. She is an asset to the H&R Block family.

Where do I begin? We first walked in and didnt even get acknowledged by the staff. When our so called Tax Professional, Gloria Levy, greeted us. It wasnt even a greet, it was more like who am I here to see? By this point my wife and I were very uncomfortable about continuing our business in this establishment. Our entire process with the H & R Block at the Mayfield Heights location was an absolute nightmare from start to so called finish. Gloria Levy was very unprofessional and rolled her eyes at us multiple times during our meetings. She was very unprofessional and rude to my wife and I would recommend anyone not to waste their time with this company. Do yourself a huge favor and pay someone who knows what theyre talking about or file them online. Youll actually get more done than dealing with these clowns!
