During the last week of July 2021, I was visiting my grandchildren and family in Beachwood OH ... I wear a full leg brace on my left leg and one of the straps broke and separated from a rivet. I cant walk without the brace being fully functional. I was able to get an appointment [THANK YOU MELANIE] When I arrived KIRSTEN fixed it, while I was there and it was stronger than when the brace was made. Im so grateful to Hangers for having Melanie and Kirsten in their employ. Its the few people like them that help a company succeed. THANK YOU so much for helping me.
