This has to do with the 800 number, not the store. The associate was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Actually hung up on us when we asked why no manual came with our new dryer. Honestly, this rating is for the delivery guys too. Insisted the door was on the correct side, even though we cant open it without hitting the washer. And didnt leave us any paperwork or a manual to fix it. This pretty much ruins best buy for me.

My computer is in worst condition than when I dropped it off. Ive had to drop it off and pick it up only to find more issues. No one is listening. And my display is broken when it wasnt before. My money was taken and I was never properly helped. Customer service is bogus. No one has contacted me back.
