Supercuts has a great staff working there. They are so friendly, and they are all helping each other to keep business running smoothly. One of them is my stylist from previous salon, but I know if she were unavailable, I would trust the other employees to work on my hair, and they would do an excellent job.

Overall service is good and friendly. I only patronize to purchase Paul Mitchell products . Overall, they usually have what I need.

I made a reservation with Diane for a haircut. This was my first experience at this salon. Diane cut the right side of my head 2 1/2 inches shorter than the left side of my head. I did not have my hair dried at the salon. When I got home and dried my hair I realized what she had done. Absolutely inexcusable. I had to make an appointment with a different company to have my hair fixed. I would never recommend Diane. I will never go to this place again. If you want a good hair cut I would recommend Michael Christopher. Thats where I went to have the disaster Diane created fixed.

Diane cut my hair and as always it was exactly what I wanted. She always does a wonderful job and with curly hair that’s important. I would highly recommend Diane for hair.

I went to have layers cut and it was so horrible. I had to go somewhere else for them to fix it. They cut my sons hair 1st and missed strands and didn’t blend his hair cut. The people are rude and unprofessional unless you don’t say anything and let them mess you up. Worst place I have ever gone.

Melissa always takes great care of me. My hair looks fabulous every time I leave her chair. She is great to talk to and fun to be around.

I absolutely love going to Supercuts in Mayfield! Diane is my Stylist and she is AMAZING! I have a deal with her. I walk in and sit in the chair and let her cut my hair based on what she is thinking of. We talk the whole time and Diane makes you feel like you have been best friends forever!

I went to Supercuts on Mayfield Road yesterday, and I was very happy with my experience! It was my first time back since the governor reopened hair salons. I got both a hair cut and highlights. Diane always does such a great job! It was also very clean in there. I was happy to see both the hair stylists and customers wearing masks and that a safe distance was maintained between customers. The hair stylists washed their hands often and cleaned each hair station thoroughly between customers. It made me feel confident that they are maintaining a safe and clean hair salon. Good job, Supercuts!

Hi,It’s time I share what Super Cuts located on Som Center Road in Mayfield Heights means to me. I have my hair cut every four weeks.I have been coming to this location for over a decade. That’s right: 10 + years. While Josie, Nancy, & Maureen have each taken great care of & listened to my needs, Diane is my primary stylist. Diane knows her trade so very well. She is patient & caring with me. I never ever have to worry about the finished look.I appreciate that the shop is clean & tidy with products not in my travel area to the chair.Each & everyone from the moment I call or come in the door treat me with respect. Coming here helps my both my physical & mental health. Coming here helps me feel good.

I love this place! The shop is always super clean, and everyone is so friendly. Diane, who is a sweetheart I might add, does my hair and she always does a fantastic job with the color and the layers. I’m so comfortable here I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Plus it’s close to where I live!

The shop is clean and neat. Would rate the quality as fair, and a decent value for the price paid. Like that I can just walk-in and get cut quickly. By quality, about half the time, I find a group of hairs that were missed (enough are missed that others comment if I dont get to it right away). But, easy enough to fix on my own.

I took my son in there and asked for just his bangs to be cut and then hairdresser cut the sides too. I should have stopped her when I saw her doing it, but I didnt want to be one of those people. I did eventually tell her it was good as she went to cut more off.

Lacara is a very talented hairstylist and hair colorist! She did my hair wonderful! I looked younger!

I went in, as a walk-in customer, waited for about 10 minutes which was not that bad. Was then greeted by a older woman behind the counter, asked for a wash and cut. I told her that I haven’t had a haircut in quite some time and wanted to keep as much length as possible. She said she would have to cut off 5 inches, I told her let’s go with 2” which is the length of a regular trim. She brought me back to the shampoo station washed my hair and brought me back to the chair, I was there for an hour the entire time I was in the chair she did not put down the scissors, she just kept cutting. I now have a long bob and I am very upset. I do not recommend going to the Supercuts as the employees do not listen to the request of the customers. It’s gonna take me years to grow the 6-8 inches back she cut off.

Please add larger chairs in your waiting area to accommodate persons who are larger in size, or just take the arms off. They are way too small and it’s embarrassing to try to sit comfortably in a chair that is too small.

You definetly need a new crew in here.Theres is a reason why Best Cuts shut down. Same people are back and they think they know it all!!

Worst experience!! My hair is not blended, the sides are uneven, the woman hardly spoke to me and it is not what I wanted at all!! I wanted it just short and I got a bob. Im so upset its unreal!! Looks like Im wearing it up until someone who actually knows what they are doing can fix it.
