First let me just say how impressed I am with how well my car looked when I came to pick it up. Getting an appointment was a little difficult. It took me a few tries to get through to someone but it is to be expected with how busy this place was. They were able to accommodate my work schedule and allowed me to drop my car off before they opened and drop the keys in a lock box. I left the car with them while I was at work and picked it up with no hassle right after! They did such a fantastic job!! The tint looks like it was installed by the factory and there were no bubbles or anything like that when I picked it up. You cant beat their prices either. Had them do my f150 front windshield and windows, good price and excellent work, no bubbles in sight and left the stickers they had to peel off on the center dash. Great service

After contacting Custom Auto Tint, they thoroughly explained their process of removing the old tint & installing new tint. I’ve never had window tint before so I didn’t really know what I wanted. These guys helped me figure out what I liked best and exceeded my expectations. It’s not too dark, but dark enough where my interior doesn’t get as hot from the sun. I dropped my car off and I highly recommend making an appointment. It took all day and they communicated that to me. They stayed after hours to complete all the vehicles they needed to - which I appreciated! Overall, great price and an awesome company that does an amazing job. I highly recommend!!!
Custom Auto Tint is the best tint shop around! VERY friendly and they do a great job! They strive to be perfectionist! They have high grade tint quality that lasts and doesn’t bubble, fade, rip, tear, or become holey. I have personally witnessed them work and seen them tear bad tint from other places and that is not an easy job if you don’t know. And they make it look easy and the customer is ALWAYS satisfied with their new tint! I do not think I have met anyone as hardworking, down to earth, honest, and nice people as Santos, Tim, and Steph! Best quality and service.I’ve done tint and also had other shops do it for me. Until now, I didn’t know this level of quality was possible. I’ve been to a high end shop in Ann Arbor that does luxury and exotic cars, but they can’t compete. With Custom Tint, there were No bubbles, it’s perfect still after 3 years. Fair price and they did it fast while I waited. They even let me sit in the car to adjust my windshield visor tint height to fit me. Absolutely perfect. I had to buy them lunch. I totally respect quality work.

Our experience was not satisfaction.we Ask for 5 percent they put 20 percent.so instead of offering a discount they showed us that they could really care less didnt offer us anything.s o make sure if you ask for a certain percentage make sure the person doing your tint knows because I guess they dont communicate with the person thats doing the tint .let alone read the paper work that is for the vehicle there doing.s o be careful with these people.i would not recommend this company to anyone that needs there car Windows tinted. I cant believe they say they want there customer to be 100 percent satisfied and basically showed US that they didnt care about the customer.or Id hate to say this but maybe because we are BLACK.

These guys were wonderful. When I called and told them my situation (that the window tint was for my daughters car for her birthday). They offered to stay open late, so I could have the car done in time for her birthday, which was the very next day. I was so blown away by the generosity. I have no complaints the tint looks just like she wanted. And the price was great. And NO they didnt charge me extra for staying open late. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD WINDOW TINT PLACE THIS IS IT. We left snd went elsewhere because of the long wait. While we were waiting worker ignored us and talked to a person that drove in instead of starting work on our vehicle on scheduled appointment.
They had a July sale I was originally quoted 200$ out the door with tint all the way around. They get the car and text me 20 minutes later saying it going to be 40$ more due to the big windows, I argued over the phone for 30 minutes about prices. I was told I wouldnt get my car back until I paid 120$ for them just cutting the tint, even though I didnt agree to their new price. If your going to give a price know what youre talking about such bad customer service.
Had my car originally tinted at Ziebart, and had to take it back to them twice due to imperfections or dust stuck on the film before they aplied it. And still every time it was redone it still had something wrong. So had them take it off and brought my car here and couldnt be anymore satisfied. And may I add when Ziebart took off my back window tint they used a razor blade and scrapped off my rear window defroster lines and ruined it. When I brought my car to these guys, the job came out perfect the first time and not one single flaw or imperfection. They install the tint in an in closed bay, not like Ziebart who always leaves the bay doors open. And they even stayed after closing time just to make sure it was done, and done right the first time. I take my hat off to these guys. Very professional and aim to make the customer happy. Ill never take a car elsware. If you want your car looking good and done right.
