Buyer Beware!!!! The sales rep made a lot of promises regarding the level of service I would receive, and that level of promised service is how I justified the very high price they charged. The installer (one guy who took close to 10 hours when I was told a team would knock it out in 3-5 hours) was very kind and professional. However, a couple of days later we had a rainstorm and several problems became evident. I called on a Wednesday to schedule a service call. The sales rep assured me that if I ever needed service, a service rep would be at my home within 24 hours of my call. However, it took 24 hours for LeafFilter to even call me back, only to inform me that I would get another call within 24 hours. On Friday, 48 hours later, I still hadnt received a call back, much less the service call I was promised would happen in half that time. So, I called again, and again I was informed that someone would call within 24 hours. I asked if that included Saturdays, which they said it did. No call back on Saturday. No call back on Sunday. When I called again on Monday, I called the local office instead of the service department. The local office told me I had to call service and Rob connected me to service (when I asked to be connected to a supervisor in the local office). The service rep Savannah indicated that they had notes on my job but had no explanation as to why no one had called me back or why their promise of service within 24 hours wasnt being kept. She then proceeded to tell me that I should be getting a call back from my local office because they were to be handling my complaint. So, I called back to the local office and spoke to Rob again. Rob explained that he didnt know what Savannah was talking about and that all post installation issues had to go through the service office. I asked again to be connected to a supervisor in the local office, and again he connected me to the service department. Bottom line...my gutters arent properly dealing with rain water. They are leaking and overflowing in several locations that werent a problem before getting the LeafFilter product installed. The promises the sales rep made to me regarding service were anything but accurate, and he didnt even leave his personal contact information for me to contact him directly. I expect that I will be heading to court to deal with this dishonest group of snake oil salesmen. The sad thing is, the issues are likely relatively easy to resolve. However, instead of resolving them, LeafFilter is playing a game of pass the buck between their offices and refusing to make good on their service commitments.

Leaf filter is a great system, I love it. I think the crews need to be trained or reminded to check there work after each job, had trouble with eves being clean out properly and sealed. had to have a service call, which i was told between 8 and noon, I had to call and find out what happened they did not show up till after 2, I found out service calls are not made until after noon, it would of been nice someone would of let me know what was going on. I will give them a good rating cause it is a great system and it works great. I would go 100% on the system and 90 to 95% on workmanship. the crew that did the service call was great,, 100% Thank you

Very friendly sales person who explained everything. Very timely install (2 days after quote). We had our first major rainfall since they were installed and the water stayed in the gutters and didnt overflow and dump on the windows which is a major improvement. Highly recommend LeafFilter.

I purchased Leaf Filter Gutter protection in September of 2014. In the April- May of 2015 I noticed there were Maple seeds (helicopters) resting on top of my gutters. On June 18, 2015 I contacted Leaf Filter to inquire why the seeds and debris were still on top of my gutter. I received a call back on June 19, 2015 was told that based on the amount of rain we had that year it had not been dry enough for the seeds and debris to be blown off naturally.On June 24, 2015 I called back and requested service because despite the storms and high winds we had in that June, the debris was still on top of my gutter. Although I had made a service request, no one responded to my inquiry. I called back on June 29, 2015, and although the customer service found notes concerning my call on 6/24 and saw me on the schedule she could not explain why no one showed up for my appointment. She stated she would investigate, but she never called back.I called back on July 2, 2015 and the customer service representative submitted my complaint to the corporate office. The corporate office followed up with me on July 6, 2015 and stated they would send someone out to investigate the issue. A tech was sent to my home on July 8, 2015 to review the issue, however the tech did not call before he came nor did he come at the agreed upon time frame. Ultimately the issue was reviewed in my absence. I was told that the tech cleaned off the debris with a broom, took pictures, and reported my concerns to corporate. Corporate followed up with me, but promptly dismissed my concerns and I was adamantly informed that I would not be getting any refund of the $2000 I spent to purchase the gutter protection despite the fact that I didn’t think the product was functioning correctly.It is now summer of 2020 and I still have the same issue, maple seeds and debris stuck to the top of the Leaf Filter gutter protection, debris spilling through the nail holes, gutters that do not drain properly during heavy rain, and sections of the gutters that are pulling away from the house. Keep in mind that I cannot investigate the issue on my own or hire someone else to because any adjustment to the Leaf Filter gutter protection will void the warranty.I contacted Leaf Filter June 3, 2020 and was given an appointment for June 10, 2020. Leaf Filter was a no call, no show. I called the office on June 12, 2020 and was given an appointment on June 15, 2020. The techs that came out that day inspected my gutters and confirmed what I had suspected in 2015. The hangers for installing the Leaf Filter guard were improperly installed in my gutters causing the debris to rest on top of my gutters because the guard is not installed in a way that would allow debris to naturally fall of the filter. In addition to this the water flows back towards my house instead of away and my gutters do not drain properly.Following that visit, no one contacted me so I contacted Leaf Filter again on June 29, 2020. A manager was sent to my home to inspect the issue on June 30, 2020 and give me an estimate on replacing my gutters. I have not been contacted by Leaf Filter since that time. Despite the fact that I have a warranty for my product, the incorrect install has not been removed and reinstalled. Based on the issues I have had with the product and the poor customer service, I would not recommend this product.

I love my Leaf Filter gutters. I have wanted this product for years and finally bit the bullet and had it installed. The installers were great! They workeddiligently, were polite and quiet. When they were done, they left no mess.

We did our research on what product would be the best to cover our gutters. Leaf Filter contractors put Leaf Filters on my gutters last summer and so far they work great, I have recommended these to friends and family. Had a problem this spring with a screen coming off a gutter but they were here the same day I called to repair it. I wasnt to happy about it but they made it right by fixing it the same day. I was very pleased about that. Contractors very nice and curtious. The life time guarantee is a plus!

Super friendly and responsive. Installed quickly. Only issue was that some repairs werent quite complete at the time of installation, but I called with my concerns and they were addressed immediately.

TERRIBLE Product during winter months!Snow and ice buildup occurs on top of the screened cover, causing water to drip/run over the gutter which causes extreme ice buildup on whatever is beneath: porch, stoops, stairs, driveway, etc. The ice and three-foot icicles made my home very dangerous to enter and exit. LeafFilter says this is normal and that there is nothing they can do but they will not remove or refund the purchase. The system may work in summer but is rediculous in the winter. Do Not Purchase!!!!

I am a 70 year old widow and purchased LeafFilter so I would no longer have to climb a ladder. One year later my gutters are full again and I am back on the ladder! Very disappointed.

I called this company after seeing ads on TV and receiving a mailing. Two days later a qualified representative came to my home on a Saturday. He was anything but pushy, offered me what I thought was a fair price, arranged financing and the workers arrived two days later. The gutters were cleaned, filter system was properly installed and the clean up done in just a couple hours. I am very satisfied.

Leaffilter was very responsive to my needs and worked with me to make it possible to get my gutters fitted. The team was very professional and not only cleanup up after themselves, they even got nails out of my yard that were left by my siding guys.

I had them install gutters on most of my house. They were super hard workers. They came out quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The gutters are great quality. I didnt install the filter, only their high quality gutters. Great job!

Been waiting three months for a fix to my installation. The customer service people will email a manager - HA HA.Or if you call the local installer they will promise to fix the problem but not show up. These guys only want your money. RAL21849

THE CREW WAS ON TIME AND WERE CLEAN AND NEAT ; THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS VERY THOROUGHLY . THE MATERIALS USED WERE OF HIGH QUALITY .

Just sad. Feeling ignored and many broken promises since late March and now it is middle of July. Now basement has puddles and wall is peeling. Sigh....never again with this company. Life time warranty...really?????

I dont remember ever being anywhere they have been.

Sales rep said no trouble to replace rotted fascia boards. When work men came they said the estimate was only for half the needed area and there would still be a large gap. Project manager had nothing to say about the situation. The gutter filters and work that was done seem to be good so far, but I am not happy that the job was not able to be done as promised.

Terrible product it does not work as advertised ! I have had 50 mph winds and huge amounts of rain and my leaf filters are still clogged with maple seeds ! Why would a company offer to come out and blow off the covers if they said it would do it with rain and wind ! ITS a SHAM😤
