Dbl check your addy -- Google is still lists the old location, which is closed.New location is 1715 Indian Wood Circle, Maumee.Signage is VERY SUBTLE.Enter building near koi pond.Go up stairs and enter first door on right (at top of stairs).Then, head past receptionist, down hall to LEFT.There is a very small sign on the floor, just outside the office.I recommend a couple of deep breaths on way out at koi pond -- very serene and perfect for a reset.

To find this location you enter 1715 Indian wood circle. Pork in a spot, enter the building, proceed to the second floor, walk into the unlabeled office to the right, then when in the shared office space make a left down the hall.

Terrible service. The number that you dial answers but you never get through to anyone. Every time I have been in the office maumee location people walk around with no masks and the person at the desk is very unwelcoming.

Sent two staff members to get a background check at the Maumee location and never received the results. When I called the office to check on the situation, no one was available and the answering machine was full. Seems to be very poorly run.

The tall blonde woman who did my fingerprints was late, cold, and lazy. Super unprofessional.

I had my fingerprints done in April to be sent to the board of nursing. My FBI was sent but not my BCI. I tried to contact FastFingerprints and the phone number just rings and then says the voicemail box was full. I finally got through about 2 weeks ago and they said my file had to be re-processed and they would call me back. Never did and I havent heard anything. I continued to try to get through to them and it just rings and says the box is full so now will have to make an hour drive to go talk to them because my BCI is the only thing preventing me from scheduling my NCLEX.

The process was so fast..it took more time to walk up to the counter than it did to take my fingerprints. They do a digital copy, no more sticking your finger in ink. Results came in within 3 days versus the usual 1 week to 1 month. I recommend going here if you need your background check and need it done fast.

Was inside Hondros College building. Fast and easy and the lady was very friendly

I drove from out of state in a snow storm for my finger prints and the lady was soooo nice and the process was less than 5 minutes! Thank you so much for everything. (I forgot her name :()

Located in the Southwyck area of Toledo Ohio...a once bustling shopping mall environment.Now that Dilliards has moved to Monclova area....I had to search for a finger print place nearby.Fast business like atmosphere

I went to the sheriff department to get my fingerprints done and they lost them somehow twice. Everytime I come here, its fast and extremely professional with no worries.

Rude staff person, misleading hours. Go elsewhere. I drove across town after reading on the website they were open till 5PM and walkins welcome. It was almost 4:50PM when I arrived and I was told I would have to come back another day because they close at 5PM and the fingerprints take 15 minutes. The blondish/brown haired employee just seemed like she was in a hurry to leave because she locked the door when I walked in... well before 5PM.
