Had BCS Consulting replace my roof. Everything was perfect. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. 2 months later, my kitchen ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I called BCS and they immediately dispatched a gentleman to come take a look. The moisture was actually caused by an exhaust fan in my bathroom and completely unrelated to my roof. The guy from BCS properly ventilated the fan and charged me nothing for the work. Great people!!!

Horrible contractor. Put in a new roof for me in November 2014 since then the roof has been leaking. Trying to get a hold of them and they do not respond to phone calls or texts. Still have not repaired the roof yet. I also paid them $1000.00 as a down payment to fix the interior and they took the money and ran away. I cannot get a hold of them to do any work. I have hired an attorney to take them to court and deal with this company. Beware of them. Do not do any business with them. If you do business with them make sure you inspect their work before you pay them and never give them any advances.

BCS Consulting, LLC really helped me out. My insurance company didnt want to replace my roof after a damaging storm. Rob from BCS stepped in and got my claim taken care of. I had a nice new roof shortly after. Thanks BCS!

Highly Recommend BCS Consulting for roofing; they worked with my insurance company, helped move the project along, and in the end, completed the tear-off and replacement in ONE DAY. Did a great job with cleanup; dumpster was gone in a day, leftover shingles in two days. No issues with the roof; very pleased with their work.

This response is directed toward a recent complaint.The person who complained about our alleged services sent the same complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and they determined his complaint to be in error.BCS Consulting has never worked with this individual.

My neighbors roof was done by bcs and she told me to call them to see if I had storm damage because they replaced her roof for $1000. I called and a gentleman named Sari Rahman came out and looked at my roof and said it looked like we had storm damage. He was very professional and answered all my questions about how this works. After their inspection they met with an adjuster from my insurance company and they got my roof covered! I only had to pay my deductible. The roofers did a great job and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

I made the mistake of going with this small company instead of a larger reputable company, especially since it would have cost me the exact same for the exact same work. They sucked me in by telling me they could get more covered by my insurance than other companies which they ended up not getting any extra covered in the end. They told me her or Rob would come back and do a walk around but they needed the rest of my payment before she could make it out. Never saw them again or the referal money they promised for referring my neighbor to them. I found a large coffee can worth of nails around my house after the job. After they left I had 2 leaks in my ceilings. I would use their warentee but I couldnt trust them after this whole mess and bad blood. My neighbor had gutter helmet installed with a lifetime warantee. They had gutter helmet come remove the gutters and they gave bcs printed instructions of how to install the roof so they could properly reinstall the gutters after. BCS installed the roof wrong and would not come fix it to make it right. I came on here to see reviews and saw all great reviews before I went with them. Hopefully i can keep other people from making the same mistake. Just be smart and go with a better, bigger, more reputable company.

Fast and friendly workers. Bcs took care of everything with the insurance. I would recommened bcs to any one looking for a new roof or any repairs needed.

I had a gentleman Erie hobson come and sit down with and explain my opinion and said in about a week his manager Rob kolb would get a hold of me and go over all the numbers.no sooner than a week later his roofers had tornboff and reroofed my house in one day and did an amazing job with two days the gutters were being hung I would highly recommend BCS Consulting looking for a new roof.
