Im not calling you. No one was there and your receptionist was absolutely useless. I needed a simple external wifi part and it was like we were diagnosing cancer. Went up the street and walked out no problem.

We use Maumee Geeks for both our home and business. Wayne is awesome. He gave me insights for future growth of our business that saved us a lot of money in the long run because we only had to buy equipment once.Plus he explains everything to you in terms a layperson can understand. I understand why we need what we need and how we are going to do it. Additionally, Wayne makes sure we are protected from outside data hacks and intrusion. For our credit card processing he also designed a PCI Compliant network so we are not accessed a PCI Compliance Fee.

I recently received the computer-version of a death threat. They had my password, and were going to lock me out of my computer unless I paid them $1000 in Bitcoin. Wayne personally cleaned up my PC, got rid of every bit of spyware or malware, and backed up my system so I never have to worry about their threat again! So glad to have a true geek in my corner! And hes HIPPA compliant!
