Kris does a fantastic job and he could not be any more professional, yet personable. Also, I found his mother a breath of fresh air when setting up my appointments, both of them worked hard to accommodate my carpet cleaning needs and I was thrilled with the results! I have been using Swangs Carpet cleaning for years on all my rentals. They have worked magic on some of the messes left by tenants. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Im giving this 1 star because I cant give it 0 stars. This business has no office that it works out of. One guy does all the cleaning and his mother schedules all of his appointments. This is barely a legitimate business and his secretary is so rude. It doesnt seem like he keeps any kind of records of his jobs. I dont trust his judgement.

I called Swangs Qaulity Carpet Cleaning today to discuss possibly hiring them for a few jobs I have going on in Ohio local to them and before I could even let them know what I was looking for the lady that answered the phone told me she wasnt interested and hung up the phone. They just lost a couple large jobs because of this. Very Rude
