Last second car rental has become very difficult due to COVID there are a lot less cars available and not enough employees to help you. Enterprise on Conant St. In Maumee came to my rescue. They had a vehicle available for me when I was dropped off there after my vehicle broke down. They helped me as soon as I walked into the door. Thank you very much.

I always have great customer service at Enterprise. They never let me down. Vehicles are always clean and in great condition. Prices are a little high but worth driving something then your own vehicle.

Wife got into an accident, other guys insurance is covering everything. We get a rental from enterprise and add minimum insurance just to cover us. When we drop off we went over by a few days, no problem thats on us. The girl working the counter says it will be 90, no problem we make a plan to pay later. Come to find out enterprise has taken 400 out when no one mentioned it earlier. We end up being covered on insurance because she has full coverage. When I talk to enterprise again they say we have to get a refund from the insurance. Will never use enterprise in Maumee again but at least the truck was clean.

The employees are very friendly and courteous. I rent from this location all the time. My only complaint is that the windows inside the care are always dirty and I must stop at the nearest gas station and clean them. And on my last rental - it was a very snowy and wet drive causing my windshield to get covered with salt water from the roads. The car ran out of windshield washer fluid while I was driving on the turnpike. It was a very serious issue when I could not wash off my windshield while driving. Thank goodness I was able to get to a station on the turnpike to purchase a gallon of washer fluid.This was a very big inconvenience when I already pay for a car and hoping all fluids are topped off. I did let the office know and they took care of the situation. However, I will now be asking employee if the fluid was topped off on my next rental, especially during the winder months.

If I could leave no stars I would. Wauseon enterprise don’t answer their phones and twice now has not had a truck for me when I have selected on their site making a reservation, costing me a lot of money because I also rented a trailer both times and I couldn’t use it because their site says they have vehicles they don’t have. Hence why I called again the second time, but it just kept ringing and ringing....Sounds like their system needs an upgrade and/or someone is not efficient in their job. I’ll drive the extra miles to the Toledo airport at budget /Avis where they are cheaper and their system shows what they have for me to rent in real time. Never again unless they correct their unhappy experience with me. I don’t want an upgrade I want a free rental for the truck you were supposed to have twice now!

Enterprise in MAUMEE, OH is wonderful! I have been going to them for a couple of years now and while the staff may have changed, the service hasn’t! They are always patient and pleasant. Unfortunately due to an accident back in July and other personal circumstances, I have been renting from them monthly. They have never made me feel uncomfortable and have always helped me find the best possible options to save money. I would definitely recommend this location. The only con to this is that if you use a Debit card, you must a pay a deposit on top of your rental fee. It use to be $200, they just took it up to $300. Overall, Enterprise is a good reliable car rental company.

Picked up car at 9:00am.It was dirty. Needed to be vacuumed. They did leave a Clorox wipe.All was ok until I turned on the fan. The car filled with the smell of old ashtray. I guess I need to ask for a non smoking car. It should have been a clue with the burn marks on the seat.When it rained the driver side wiper was worn out. It needs to be replaced.Also every time I started the car the maintenance warning light came on.I would not rent a rav 4 again. I could not figure out how to turn off the radar switch on the cruise control. A very rude option.In the other hand. The staff at the Maumee office are very polite and easy to work with.Guess I got a lemon this time.

Three strikes and your out.Strike 1 - Confirmed our rental agreement more than 30 days in advance. Had to have a specific type of vehicle. Arrived and was told they didnt have one.Strike 2 - Asked for a substantial discount due to their error. They told me there was a waiting list for the vehicle and could get regular price from someone on the list. Then offered me a token 20% off.Strike 3 - Tried to charge me for an extra day (Sunday) because we returned the vehicle after hours on a Saturday. Well, with COVID they have shortened hours and I was told we could drop it after hours.Not sure I will use Enterprise again and definitely wouldnt recommend them to a friend. Heck, I might not recommend them to an enemy either.

This location was very unprofessional i was renting a car from this location and the rim was busted which is a safety concern not only that it was dirty inside the car it had build up dirt on the interior the floors where dirty as well I asked for a different car because there was other cars available in they asked for a upcharge even though the car they wanted to give me was UNSAFE and DIRTY INSIDE with this covid 19 going on thats not acceptable at all i dont know i feel this was wrong and very disrespectful to ask someone to pay for a unsafe and dirty car !! IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A RATING IT WOULD BE NO STARS !!

Rented a mid size and they gave me a Tahoe! The staff was great! I only use the maumee oh location when visiting Toledo. They go way above and beyond.

Service was ok. Car was kinda gross inside.

We were sent back and forth to 2 places because they couldnt find our reservation even though we gave them the reservation/confirmation #. When asked to put the spare tire that was in the bed of the truck back in place, they said they didnt have the tools so we had to do it. When returning the vehicle, they charged 2 xtra days for dropping off by the required time on the required day (Saturday).

All started well. I was contacted to rent from them under a business account. First 4 rentals went flawless. Then they went south real fast. Over billing, no response from management, staff that do not want to help resolve a situation or help you when things are wrong. Last car, reported a messed up stereo multiple times. Nobody would do anything. Billed my card $1300 for a $500 rental. I had to pay over the limit fees and interest and was offered nothing from them, in fact, they raised my rates. Manager was supposed to call me, never did, its been almost 2 weeks. I dont think they ever will follow up. Extending the rental is a mess. You have to take it in vs just extending like other rental places. Even though you take your time to take it in, nobody will ever look at the car or listen to you about issues. This place is a mess! Returned the car, windshield cracked from a stone. Agent said there is a previous report of a cracked windshield, dont worry about it. I am now being billed for the windshield through a threatening letter. But yet, they can not tell me how much is owed. Stereo completely went out and nobody cared. All I get is the run around with any call to the place. This isnt a local issue. It is national. I didnt just rent from one place. Stay away from these guys, so many options to rent, go someplace else and save yourself the run around and headache. I now have a platinum account and free rentals and will never rent here again. Keep your free upgrades and rentals, its not worth it. You wont service my account, I know who will. I should have stuck with my regular rental place. So easy and very personal experience. Nothing but great experiences for years. Worth the little bit of extra money in comparison.

Car was dirty never cleaned when given to me, smelled like someone had used it and never bathed ever when I turned on the air conditioner. When i picked up the car I was on my way to work could not turn around and they all did was credit me 12 dollars on a 5 day rental. Then I fully believe them and the PA turnpike have something going that tolls are double & triple charged. Will from now on no longer use MAumee Enterprise if I need a car I will be trying to avoid Enterprise in anyway shape and form. Till this years travel I never had an issue. Too bad companies just dont give a damn anymore. Very sad. STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE RENTAL IN MAUMEE OHIO!

Great customer service with minimal wait time. I was impressed that they still came to pick me up and dropped me off despite the fact that I live 15-20 minutes away. I will always use Enterprise for my car rentals!

It was pathetic. I rented a car for 30 days while mine was getting work done to it. Maybe 10 days into it Enterprise calls me and tells me to bring the car back because they sold it. Ok, i get there and they give me the biggest pos on the lots. Ill never drive a checy traverse again. Overall, my experience was tiring.

Excellent friendly service. No hassle or pressure. Many options to pay for a rental. Great selection. Best way to experience driving a new car. Been on many awesome road trips because of Enterprise. I do wish though for a simpler method to rent with a debit card. Requirement needing utility bills with zero balance can be a bit of a hassle. Sometimes a bill is paid a day after due date. Also many people dont want or need credit cards.

When you enter the building, you can feel the excitement. Its a cross between playing in the Superbowl or being present for the birth of your first child. Its electric!! I normally work with Chris and when I do, I absolutely know I am going to get the best service and drive out with a car that fits my needs. Chris makes Enterprise the place to be. Sometimes I just go hang out there and take in the magic. I may not even need a car but I like to watch this team in action. Better than any national championship game you could watch. I have always (4+ years) had excellent customer service at the Maumee location. Over the most recent holiday, they worked with me to make sure we could rent the vehicle we needed for long-distance travel on 2 separate occasions, upgrading us to a bigger car for no extra cost when it turned out they had a shortage (mainly our fault for making last-minute reservation right before Christmas Eve though so I was particularly impressed). Taylor was the one helping us and he did a great job. I highly recommend using the Maumee branch.

Rented a car for a long drive to family for Thanksgiving. The staff here were clearly fully prepared to handle all the extra business for the holiday. They were busy, but we got in and out in about 5 minutes (we reserved online a couple weeks ahead of time). Car was clean with half a tank of gas. Great place.

The Customer Service team at the Maumee location is easy to work with. They all work together to make sure that the customer is taken care. I had to have work done today on my car. I reserved a car for two days, when I got there to pick the car up, they had nothing there. The comment was made that they are having problems getting the cars returned on time. If you dont have the car available, dont take the reservation! I work in Bowling Green but live here in Toledo. I could have been taken to work, but I had no way home. I had to loose a day of work because of your lack of cars, not to mention the oh well attitude from the staff.

I rented a Dodge Dart for a week and drove from Toledo, OH to Estes Park, CO (Denver) and back for a wedding. It costs me about $50.00 per day which included the insurance option for my own piece of mind. I spent a grand total of $150.00 for gas. If you believe AAA estimates of 75 cents per mile average to run your own car in 2016 you can see I saved a ton of money and wear and tear on my own vehicle on a 2,500 mile trip. The icing on the cake is Ive always received excellent service with Enterprise and have used them many times over the years personally and in business.

On November 27th, I have had a negative experience at this location. I rented a vehicle from the Perrysburg location, but once I drove off, realized that the Med-size car was too small for a family of four. I called the Maumee location around 8:20am to see if they have a full size vehicle, to which they (the girl who answered the phone said yes we do). We drove off to Maumee but when we got there, there were no full size vehicles, but there were few SUVs on the lot. We ended up waiting for almost two hours. Our girls (6 and 8) were running out of patience because we were headed to an event in Chicago, and now we are super late. My wife approached the counter twice and asked why we were waiting this long, if the person answering the phone confirmed that a full size vehicle will be available at 9:00am. We asked for an upgrade and we were told no. We waited for two hours, and not once did the manager or anyone working there approached us, offered a different vehicle, or apologized for the wait. However, when a White old men showed up, he was given the truck that he had rented, and as he was leaving, the manager, who was not part of the transaction, stood up and said Have a great day Sir. I said to my wife “you got to be kidding me. I guess people of color are expected to wait, expected to have a bad experience, are not worthy of an apology. I am not playing the race card, nor am I suggesting that the manager was racist, but he was biased. Implicit bias is the issue here. When you greet a man who received the service he needed, but failed to apologize to a family of four that waited for nearly two hours, you dont deserve to work there, or your company needs to send you to a training on Social Privileges and Implicit Bias.

Entire rental process was simple, friendly staff that is very willing to please and the vehicle we got was clean and ready to go. My only suggestion is to have all the cars be rented with a full tank so that returning with the same amount of gas is easier. This car was Full when I got it, but others have not been. Will definitely us this location again, the extended hours are a welcome change from when we started using Enterprise.

I have typically been very satisfied with this office. However, a recent rental experience went totally wrong. I rented for the first time for a week-long period. I left my personal car on the Enterprise lot, parking where the store attendant indicated I should. The morning that I returned the Enterprise mini van I had rented, as I was checking in, I glanced out the office window and noticed that the front bumper of my car was hanging on the ground. I commented to the staff is my bumper on the ground? One of the staff replied, yeah, I noticed that a few days ago. Upon further inspection when I went out to my car, there was a dent in the front fender and the front bumper had been shattered. Clearly, my car had been hit while parked on the lot of Enterprise during my rental period.I took photos and contacted customer service the next day. I was contacted by a regional manager for Enterprise by phone and we discussed the damage to my car. During this conversation, he indicated that Enterprise would take care of the damage and that I was to send him photos and an estimate for the repairs. This same manager also in the next few days emailed me a copy of the back side and fine print of the Enterprise contract that indicated that Enterprise was not responsible for damage to personal property left on their sites.While I can understand how Enterprise can try to cover its *@&$ with this type of disclosure, at NO TIME did anyone in the office indicate this to me when they offered to let me keep my personal car on their lot during the rental period. And, I parked my vehicle in the space that the Enterprise staff indicated. I took possession of one of Enterprises vehicles for a week-long period, paid the additional insurance coverage that they offered, and returned their vehicle in the same shape that I received it in. I expected the same condition for my own vehicle. Unfortunately this was not the case.Ive been a good customer of Enterprise. The local office staff have always been friendly and efficient. However, Corporate Enterprise handling of my issue has certainly made my impression of the companys customer service to be quite the opposite experience. For a very small cost, Enterprise could have made a lifelong loyal customer. However, the lack of response to my concerns and clear damage to my vehicle while in Enterprises care has left a very different impression of this company.

We always go to Enterprise as our default rental company and the service was very good, polite and helpful as usual. But this time I was very disappointed. I rented my car and when I got home I loaded my luggage in the trunk and promptly locked the key in the trunk. I called back to the Maumee store hoping they might have a spare key to help me. But no, they did not and they sent me to there roadside service department. I was told they would have someone come by and would cost me $59 for the service. Then I got a call from AAA telling me they were coming to help. If I would have known they would call AAA I would have said no thank you and called them myself since I am a member and could have had that service for no charge. I wont be calling Enterprise roadside assistance anymore.

The time to get the vehicle was much longer then I needed it to be. My reservation was for 9 am I was finally able to 0ut at 940 ish. Staff was was overwhelmed but trying hardto do their best, Thank you teamfor your dedication.
