The massage was great as usual. There was no firm pressure masseur/masseuses available before October so I (knowing) had a medium pressure attendant. She was clearly skilled. However, the absence of deep tissue lowered my star by (only) one. Im NOT upset or unsatisfied. I understand. Thank you ME for your great service!

I recently had my first massage at Massage Envy. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing. My appointment was with Chelsea and she was wonderful. I was very impressed with her professionalism, skill, and expertise. I have had many massages in my life and she is definitely top notch. I will definitely be going back. It was a very enjoyable relaxing experience.

I came in to get a chemical peel and paid almost $200 just for the simple fact my face didn’t peel AT ALL it’s still the same I even tried to tell them about it n they did nothing about it but told me pay for another one ! I will never go back worse Experience EVER !!!!!!

5 stars! Ann Z is the reason I am still a member at Massage Envy. I was up for renewal just about the time Ann started in Maumee. I fully intended on canceling my membership because I didnt want the extra cost, I hadnt really found a therapist I loved then James (who used to work the front desk) suggested Ann. He told me she was new and everyone that has had her loved her so I agreed to make one final appointment. I had my massage with her and never looked back! She is every bit of the word amazing! Ann is very knowledgeable and is very talented at what she does!

My fiance and I went in together to get massages. I. 35 weeks pregnant with our first child so we figured wed do something nice together before our baby arrives. The difference it made for our bodies is absolutely incredible. I had Lealan and not only was the massage she gave amazing, but she was so so sweet. My fiance had Scott and he said that Scott also did an amazing job and that he feels great. We definitely will be returning!

I book my husband and I for a couple massage while in the area celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. This was my husband second time ever having a massage done like this and it was a much better experience for him than before. They really made him feel comfortable. The only downside and reason for the 4 stars was for it being a couple massage I would have preferred the tables to be closer together to make it feel more intimate. I was hoping it would be more like it is on tv shows. Other than that, it was wonderful.

I went for a prenatal massage. I’m 37 weeks pregnant & Irma B helped me feel comfortable my entire massage. Her hands on work was perfect & exactly what I needed. She, along with other staff, were very nice & professional. This was my first visit at any Massage Envy & I was very satisfied.

This was my first time visiting and I went based off of others reviews as to who I wanted to give my massage and Cassie didn’t disappoint! She was awesome! If we weren’t moving I would definitely be going back to her!

I’ve been having terrible neck and back pain for the past week, so bad to where I couldn’t turn my neck I would have to turn my whole torso just to look at something. I decided to treat myself to my first ever massage to try and help with the pain and trust me, I’m glad I did. I had Peggy and she was incredible. I just got home and I can actually turn my neck! I had a massage here at the Maumee Massage Envy one week ago and I had a bad experience. I arrived looking for a relaxing, light massage, I have never had previous back or neck issues, and I left with back, shoulder and neck pain that still remains one week later. I complained about my experience and was basically told we’re sorry and that I could come back for another massage at the introductory rate with a different masseuse, I’ll pass on thatUpdate: 2 weeks later and I’m still having a lot of back and neck pain from my massage, so much so I may need to see a chiropractor this week. If I could go back and make the decision to have never come here I so wish I could, it would have saved me 2 weeks of pain and suffering. To go from never having a backache to constant pain and my neck clicking every time I turn it

I gifted myself with a 90 minute massage for my birthday this year at the Maumee Massage Envy location. My experience was absolutely spectacular! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door. My massage was with Ann and I could not have been treated better! Ann took her time to learn what my body needed, she was pleasant to talk with and my massage was phenomenal! I could not have asked for a better birthday treat! I have recommended Massage Envy in Maumee, and Ann to anyone who will listen!! I highly recommend!!

Receptionist are wonderful and my therapist was very friendly but used her elbows for the entire session. It was painful as I flinched many times she did apologize but kept going😬 once she started on my scalp and feet it was honestly hands down the BEST massage from there.

Very nice therapist, however, a bit too chatty and did not concentrate on the area I asked to be concentrated on. She even apologized at the end that she didnt concentrate on my problem area. Will continue to come back to this location, but will be using a different therapist.

I really enjoy visiting massage envy. They are professional, friendly, and keep a clean environment. Throughout COVID they have required masks, hand sanitation and COVID checks to ensure the safety of the guest and staff. In fact, many of the staff have told me how concerned the owner has been for their safety and well being and has strived to keep them as safe as possible. That definitely makes me want to visit for other services as well as recommend them to others. I also have a monthly subscription that rolls over to other months when I dont use it, or I can gift a service once in a while to a friend.

Did not get the additional services I paid for, had to tip before the service and communication of massage therapist was not great, and the overall massage was not satisfying as they missed trouble spots on me and wife during the couples massage.

Amazing quality service provided by Sara. She is extremely good at feeling my trigger points and working them out, leaving me so relaxed and in way less pain!

First time there tonight, and Nicolette did a great job with the massage! She respected the body areas I was uncomfortable with and she was very nice. There was no heating pad because of the pandemic so the bed was cold at first, but that was no one’s fault. Also had to wear a mask for the first half of it when laying on my back, but again that was no ones fault. Only complaint that chose me to leave only 4 stars was that I was shorted 13 minutes (and yes, I was keeping track!). That was annoying but I got over it. Other than that, good experience.

Predatory subscription/membership practices. Very difficult to utilize services as they are often oversold, difficult to cancel. Would never recommend their subscription/membership model.Massage services were fine

Very poor customer relations, I received a text telling me my card didnt go through for my monthly membership. I called to let them know that they froze the account during Covid. Without contacting me they tried to charge a card that was compromised and cancelled. I called the store to tell them that was not the agreement we had which was, since I had many unused sessions we would wait until January to unfreeze the account if I wanted. I was told that they make those decisions. The person answering the call was so fragile during the call and seemed unable to have a discussion that had any conflict she said call my manager and slammed the phone.

My husband bought me a gift card for our anniversary, and upon buying it, he was greatly misled. He bought it in store, and the person who sold it to to him stated that a 60 minute massage was $65. I went to book my appointment, and it ended up being $112. The person who sold him the gift card did not inform him that $65 is the member price. This information should have been told to him upon buying the gift card, and not doing so is deceiving the customer.

I’ve had my fair share of facials and massages, and was amazed at my experience at Massage Envy in Maumee! I cannot say enough about my esthetician - professional, friendly, and the BEST facial I have ever received. Will be returning soon ❤️

The massage therapists are about a 4. I have had most of them that I liked with only one that I didnt care for because they were too light on the touch.The rooms look nice and the beds are comfortable. The music isnt bad either. They do keep it fairly cold in there but the beds do have heat in them. They also have a couples massage option.I rate the office staff a 1 and they are the reason why I will not come back to this location. The location is a decent drive for me.First off, they were unable to copy my drivers license at least twice. I do not know if they ever managed to copy it or if I gave up reminding them. I remember standing there twice waiting for them to figure out the copy machine only for them to say they would try again next month.Next is the episode today. I had an appointment scheduled on Friday for this Monday with Lindsey (I heard she was good from the office staff) only to show up and told that it wasnt scheduled. Then they offer to schedule an appointment for me at either location. Considering that they messed up scheduling an appointment for me once, I am not going to let them attempt to schedule another one. I scheduled my own appointment over at the Toledo location.

The masseuse are great. Its the other staff that have no idea what they are doing. I have been charged several times for services not rendered. When it is tried to be fixed, another charge gets added! I highly advise anyone to use cash at this place! Its getting to be almost fraudulent with the charges added to my card! I have had April and Lei Lynn as my masseuse and they did amazing, its getting past the front desk. Good luck if you try this place!!

Cost went up $20 a month, and they dont work with you at all.Been a member for years and would not recommend it for anyone unless you have money to waste.Very unhappy with management.
