Taylor wasnt my lifesaver...because she empowered me to save my own life. Every individual who works in the office is so warm and loving (also there are dogs so who can resist that). I would recommended over and over to anyone that needs counseling or even just someone to lean on that Up Lift is were they need to be. This is the first time I have been in counseling where I did not feel I had to stay for years on end to have some sort of progress. Literally every session I grew. I can not thank Taylor enough for what she has done in my life and to know the door is always open for me to come back is such an amazing relief.
I received weekly therapy from Taylor Krulac here for 4 months, and I made some of the best mental health progress in my life. Taylor is an excellent therapist. Her techniques and approach clicked extremely well with me. I was forced to relocate for a promotion and have yet to find a therapist that meets the level of success I had with her.
The best you will find. The help received through uplift counseling is priceless. Taylor’s compassion, intelligence, skill and guidance is unparalleled. So grateful we found Uplift Counseling!
I had a great experience here. I felt truly heard and was always treated with kindness. I use what I learned from Taylor every day.
If you or a loved one has OCD, look no further than Taylor. We are lucky to have her in our state. She has worked with the acclaimed OCD Institute in Boston, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate in her approach to treating this intractable illness. She will teach you how to talk back to your OCD and how to not only survive but thrive. I actually worked with her through tele-therapy since I live too far to go to the office for appointments, and it was a life-changing experience. Cant recommend her enough.
Taylor is a great therapist I would recommend to anyone, and especially to someone dealing with OCD. Finding effective support for OCD can be a challenge, and this is where she excels. From guidance on accepting thoughts and emotions, to Exposure Response Therapy (ERP) to help reduce the anxiety thoughts generate. She is a great guide on the journey of recovery.
