Just stopped by to do an Amazon return and This UPS store was very kind and courteous! The young fellow who helped me was very engaged and had great customer service skills! Probably the best UPS store around! Way to go guys!

I prepared two boxes to mail from SC to Idaho for Easter. I asked if they would receive them by the Saturday before Easter. The gentleman told me they would receive them on the Thursday before Easter,?which was unbelievably fast, in my opinion. I took a photo of the two boxes. They were mailed at exactly the same time. When my daughter-in-law told me THE box arrived on Friday, I was fine with the arrival time, but I WAS NOT FINE with one of two boxes arriving! Easter came and went. The second box arrived the Tuesday AFTER Easter. The owner said nothing was “guaranteed” and refused to refund money. I would think refunding something that was so timely would be a better business practice. I made it CLEAR the boxes needed to be there before Easter. This business should make CERTAIN they explain nothing is Guaranteed. That was NEVER mentioned, even though I made it very clear that I wanted the boxes to arrive prior to Easter. I am extremely disappointed in this service.

I needed a 2 by 3 weather proof sign for performing my music downtown Greenville, on the sidewalk. I needed the sign completed within 48 hours. Justin made it happen! He was very professional - easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and communicated with me about progress on the sign. I sent him a picture of the sign I wanted made up, which included message text, font style, font sizing, and general layout. I also asked him to design a border for me. The FIRST proof I received from him looked wonderful - the colors he chose for the border were great. Could not be happier!! Really a blessing. Thx again, Justin!!

I have worked with Robert for years. He personally took care of sending care packages to my son when he was in the Marines. He also printed the curriculum work books for the preschool program at my daycare. Justin has done amazing work by taking photos from my phone and enlarging and enhancing them so that I can frame them. Jeff always takes care of my shipments when I need to return a package to Amazon or any others. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to do business with a company that treats you like family.

Requested email confirmation on 2 packages that I mailed from this office. Only received emails about the one that wasnt stolen. I called and called and called. No answer. I also requested help from their online contact. No response. The package weighed close to 9 pounds when it was mailed. It was empty and taped back up when it was delivered.

Justin was great! He took the time to explain things to me without being condescending. He was competent and professional and I really appreciate it. Its good to see that customer service is still alive and well in Mauldin, SC.

I go here often. To drop off packages prelabeled for usps through fb marketplace. I choose to drop them off at this location rather than the post office because they are so courteous and polite. And to be frank the post office is the opposite. Justin is a great guy to work with very enthusiastic and cares about his job. Also, shows interest in your interests. The entire staff is friendly and quick. Id recommend this UPS.

Paid for overnight shipping on 12/18 at this location. Order was not delivered and I called store for an update. Owners son told me the driver refuses to scan in packages he picks up and it’s lost. The total cost to ship an envelope was $48. I went to Fedex and paid for overnight shipping with a cost of $28. I’ve spent over 4 hours today to file a complaint against the driver since the owners son stated this was a known issue against the driver. I warn all to stay away from this location.

I purchased a pair of hockey skates through the app SidelineSwap. The skates did not fit and the seller agreed to a refund. The seller had me ship the skates to a Canadian address. Wow, what a nightmare! The skates sat in customs for almost three weeks while the seller and SidelineSwap refused to cooperate. Even UPS corporate couldnt help. Justin at the Mauldin UPS location provided an email stating the onus was on the recipient to complete the delivery and if not the package was going to be considered abandoned and would be destroyed. 20 minutes after sending that email my money was refunded in full including the cost of shipping! Justin saved the day to the tune of $240! I cant thank him enough for getting this issue resolved. He went above and beyond what was needed to take care of a situation that really wasnt his problem. Thank you so much for your effort and help! All of my UPS needs will go through the Mauldin UPS location. They have been a joy to deal with and go the extra mile for their customers.

Stopping by the UPS store is always like visiting friends. They are very friendly and helpful.

I go out of my way to use this UPS location. Everyone is super nice, the service is quick and several times an employee has stopped what they were doing to hold the door open for me because I return a lot of packages. :-) Definitely the best UPS in the upstate!

Justin and his coworkers went above and beyond to help me. They were professional, responsive, and efficient. I actually called a different store first and was told that my request (having a professional poster printed within 5 days) would not be possible and that they did not know the price... would have to ask their boss (who was not in). So even though this location was further from my home it was absolutely worth it. Justin knew exactly how to help me, allowed me to email the file from home, followed up with me regarding details involved, and had it ready within the day. I am extremely grateful and will certainly be choosing this store for all of my future printing needs!

I realized at the last minute that I needed a company banner for the Christmas parade. I googled same-day sign printing and called the UPS store Mauldin at 10:45am the day of the parade and spoke to Justin, who knew his stuff and seemed unflustered by my same-day request, time constraints (needed it by 3), and vague direction on what size we needed. He said to send him the graphics file, which I did within the hour, and he would see what he could do. I then got busy with parade preparations, and since I didnt get any calls with questions, I figured the email didnt go through and we just wouldnt have a sign this year. But come 2:30, I got a call that the sign was done and ready for pickup! I was shocked and a little skeptical that the sign would be what I wanted, but when I picked it up, I was blown away. It exceeded my expectations - gorgeous quality canvas, and grommets in all the right places. Everybody loved it and was amazed it had gone from vague concept to marching in the parade within a 6-hour window. The UPS store Mauldin saved my bacon. Kudos to Justin and the rest of their amazing staff.

I gave a 3 star because the store isnt opening the time that posted on the door. If the sign says 9 am opening there no one to open the store til whenever they decided come in. I wish my company let me come in anytime I like to. But I can say everyone is good as gold to help we needed.

I wld give no stars but I needed to pick one to post service was horrible I contacted the UPS Store on Wednesday 9/12/2018 and asked was it possible to print invitations and the employee Melanie stated she couldn’t have them ready immediately but she can have them ready that evening I told Melanie that I would be on lunch break she assured me they would be ready I arrived and the order was nowhere to be found there was no empathy shown another employee reached out to Melanie at home and There were no results and no invitations that I stated I needed for 9/13/2018Thank you to Justin who reached out to me and will be getting the job complete I appreciate your prompt attention to the matter

This people are useless and are not willing to help.I brought rejected boxes in the past and the younger gentleman was able to help me, as UPS keeps sending me packages that are not mine.Today, I try to bring back 2 boxes that came, and the older man, who probably is the owner or manager in charge asked me to take them to the main hub!!! He did not even try to help- also the hub is closed by the time I get out from work- how difficult was for them to print a receipt and give it to the UPS driver.Thanks a lot.
