I been coming to Polk cleaners since I was 18 yrs old now I’m 43 and I moved to boiling springs i and still use them they have the same great customer service

They did an excellent job! Got there at 605pm (after closing) on 8/26/21 and the lady unlocked store so I could get my shirt. Definitely will use again.

Fast turnaround and pleasant customer service. The only reason why I did not rate it as five-star is because there have been a few items I have had cleaned that were returned to me in a worse condition than they were brought.

I keep getting notices to review Brashier-Polk cleaners but I have not received my comforter back to review their work. It takes about 4 days, which is typical and I’m happy to wait! I only gave 2 stars because when I walked into their shop on Butler Road it smelt very strongly of cigarettes. I have a BIG problem with dropping my goods for dry cleaning at a place that smells of cigarettes. I didn’t give one star because the woman was very sweet, very slow and she had problems with putting in information, but very sweet. The only reason I decided to go through with dropping my comforter off is that she said the clothes were washed at their bigger shop on 276. I should be getting my comforter back tomorrow or Thursday, if it smells like cigarettes I’ll be writing another review.

Friendly. Professional. Quick turn around- I had my items ready the very next day. And the attendant was very nice and pleasant.

I am from Florida and had to catch a plane to get back home. I explain to them I need to have the clothes no later than 4 o’clock. They texted me at 12 noon saying come get your clothes. Well pressed very fast and very pleasant. I will use them again the next time I’m visiting Greenville

My first experience was a great one! The staff is very friendly and eager to assist you. Great turnaround time for cleaning merchandise.

The workers are always smiling & pleasant. They are complimentary and have my clothing ready in a timely manner. I’m always pleased with the quality of their cleaning. The drive-thru, which they’ve always had, is very convenient I have been a happy customer since the 1990’s, and don’t plan on leaving!

I’ve used Brashier Polk for decades. They have been consistently first quality. They even found a pair of 14k earrings of mine and returned them. So conscientious about quality work and efficiency.

Way overpriced. They give you one price and then when you pick it up they increase the price. We brought shirts there for wash and starch. Have had these shirts done dozen of times at other cleaners.They increase the price $6 on 2 shirts because they had rayon. If you are going to increase a price you call the people to tell them. $6.50 for a shirt is crazy. No need to dry clean a shirt with a bit of rayon. Over $21 for 4 shirts. We will not be returning. Dont like they give you no ticket for proof of what you brought in. Is that so they can add money on to your bill. Worse run cleaners

Wish I didnt even have to give 1 star. Rude counter service. Needed a formal dress cleaned quoted $195 to clean and press and 2 weeks to complete. Seriously I paid $44 for the dress and no stains or anything on it. Took to another cleaners, 2 days and $35 to clean.

I can always trust Brashier-Polk with my cloud and I know when I pick them up, the clothes will be in pristine condition.

I just picked up a queen cotton comforter that was only washed, not dry cleaned, and folded and they said it was $61. That is highway robbery!!!! I will NEVER go back again. Why wouldnt you disclose this outrageous price to a customer when a comforter is dropped off. You can buy a complete comforter set for that price. Never again!The lady working there even said, you couldve gone to the laundry mat multiple times for that price. WOW

Way over priced, nice people but over priced. I want to keep doing business with them but if the cost arent seriously looked at i cant continue to support this business. $8.00 for cleaning a skinny neck tie is SIIMPLY SAID WAY TO MUCH. WHY DONT THEY SEE WHAT WE SEE?
