It wasnt that bad I couldnt get all the services I needed it just because someone else couldnt wait for her turn I got there at 730 am and still couldnt get it all still got the nerve to charge me for something I didnt get I refused to for just a hairtrim haircolor and blow out 200$$ and my hair is short I cant imagine for a average to long hair how much it costs I dont think I will return hair dresser was most of the time in the phone than doing there job

I drove allThe way from Spartanburg, called before I came and spoke to them. They told me that it was walk in. They close at 7:00 PM BUT I arrived at 5. The stylist didn’t care how far I drove or anything. No regard for my time. Needless to say she didn’t see my 2 girls to get their hair styled. One of my daughters birthday was the next day. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

DO NOT GET UR HAIRCUT BY THIS DUDE . HE PUSHED MY HAIRLINE BACK SO FAR I MIGHT PUSH HIS BACK WHEN I SEE HIM .

They have 2 working numbers listed for contact. I drove almost 2 hours like i always do to come get my hair done called and told the guy what time I would arrive and he told me that was fine to come on. I get there and the older lady says she’s not accepting anymore people. That’s my time and gas wasted instead of going there and being turned around after I was told to go ahead. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO GET MY OR MY DAUGHTERS HAIR DONE

They do all types of hair. Always packed. They just need extra help and some who speak English. Also has a barber. But all in all I will recommend this establishment.
