The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed us the unit, assisted in downloading the app and gave us a talk through to make sure we understood how everything worked. She was pretty straightforward about everything. 10/10 would recommend.

I called the Mauldin location today in order to possibly rent a unit short term. The lady that I talked to, Rachel, went above and beyond taking the time to answer ALL of my questions. No matter how silly they were. I will be back in touch soon with renting a unit.

Impressive customer service. I made a reservation online. A local rep contacted me immediately. We set a meeting day and time no problem. The location is great ! The parking is great ! everything looks clean and new. The rep answered all questions easily. And! Printed up the data for me to take home with me. I will be using this Public storage location when I have things ready to move in.

My mom needed a storage to store some extra items in . So we chose this location ( very convenient) the sales gentlemen i spoke with was so polite and explained everything thoroughly to us both. My experiences there have been excellent . Clean environment and super friendly staff . I mistakenly misplaced my wallet while moving some things, when i called the next morning Jennifer (who is just splendid) answered promptly and told me she had my wallet put away safe for me until i could arrive to pick up . Thank you so much for you generosity ! Will definitely be spreading the word about this specific location .

Angie was very polite and welcoming when I arrived. I started out filling out information online and she called me immediately my phone number was put in. As soon as I got there she asked me you know what I needed and Ill let her know that I just spoke with her on the phone. And she showed me the unit explain how to get in in the times to get in and about me being out by certain time or Ill be locked inside. She also informed me about getting a lock if I wanted to get a lock with them or bring my own. She was trying to make sure I had the right space for what I want to store there. And we talked about the weather we had friendly conversations while we were reviewing everything. She thoroughly went over the agreement. She was very nice. I liked her. She is the most friendly person that work at a storage facility Ive ever met. I do recommend people go there because shes extremely nice and will help you with whatever you need.

I am really glad I chose Public Storage. Ang was really pleasant and beyond helpful. I was really shocked at how easy and fast the process was. I was able to view 2 units before making my decision and she provided very valuable information and even recommended some affordable options with protecting my things. After all the paperwork was done, she even assisted me with getting into my car which had been locked with my keys and hibernating child inside 🤦🏾‍♀️. I would definitely recommend this location.

Angela was very nice and helpful. The units are clean, spacious and they provide the locks for a small fee for your safety. The units are affordable and you can get more of a deal if you go online.

I just got a storage unit here, and Angie done a phenomenal job with helping me pick the correct size I needed for what I was storing. Definitely enjoyed the conversation and information she was able to share with me.

Spoke with Anna very nice manager, she knew a lot about her property although she did say she was not the manager. She was very helpful with showing me the sizes of the facility so that I could better determine what I would need to store my items. She showed the boxes I would need to pack them and this wrap stuff for my cords, chairs, etc, I just wanted someone to know how helpful she was.

We have our entire house in a unit here while we are in process of buying a house. Getting the unit was easy and the worker was knowledgeable about her job helpful and friendly. Grounds are well kept and I have access to my unit when I need it (hours are 6am-9pm).

Angie was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She provides an abundant amount of guidance. Definitely recommend!

Crystal was very helpful, she asked us questions and made sure we got the correct size unit which was great because this was something we were concerned about since we have never had a storage unit before and we didnt really know what we would need. The storage buildings and grounds are kept up very well. The prices are very good here and they always have a special going on. The property has adequate lighting for the evening time and overall you get a very safe feeling. Tracy (office) is very caring and professional making sure all your needs are met. I would highly recommend this location for any of your storage needs.

Terrible Service !! I was told lies from the start ! Online advertisement showed a way lower price than when I actually went to the storage company on 114 North Main Street, Mauldin SC . I asked her was it the same before looking at the unit I was purchasing and she told me yes and once we got inside the building there were so many hidden fees . I still paid it because I was in a rush to move from Greenville to another city an hour away. On top of that, after only having the storage room for about 4 months the monthly payment went up tremendously ! I called and asked why and she had no definite answer and gave me the manager’s number (John) who never answers the phone . Now that I’m moving into another home they won’t even push the due date back to ONE DAY to prevent me from having to pay a full month or allow me to pay for the days I will be using it out the month which is only 5 days . Very unprofessional because they don’t set the proper expectations initially nor do they give the correct information when you ask . It’s only until you come across the hidden factors that they try to act as if you should have already known. Also they won’t even allow you to use your own locks, the locks are ones you have to purchase from them & if they change them you have to pay an additional $21 just to get a new one with a new key. Will never use again !
