My family have been using the services of Hina and Kumon of Matthews for three years. I have seen both of my kids progress under the leadership and structure of Hina and her staff. They have given my children (now 7 & 5) the tools to be confident readers and gifted math wizards.When the pandemic hit, Kumon Math and Reading Center of Matthews was able to adjust their curriculum, ship out packets and various equipment, to still keep the kids engaged.Hina runs a five star center and always engaging parents for feedback and concerns. I remember once when my son wasnt getting a Math section; She had multiple members of her staff including herself, walk my son through the concept.

Kumon has been a blessing for my son! I started him when his was 4 and he is now 6, Kumon has helped him excel in so many ways ! His reading, hand writing and math skills are all above average! I see all the benefits of Kumon when his teacher at school makes comments about how well advanced he is in these subjects and I know it’s all due to the Kumon methods! In these uncertain times, Kumon has been the only educational program that has stayed consistent... I can’t praise the teachers and staff enough! They take the time to work with your child, help them, show them not only the importance of learning, but the importance of good study habits, listening skills, and being focusing! Oh and it’s fun ! He earns rewards for completing test and moving up levels! My son is so proud when rewards are earned, because he knows how hard he has worked! I would highly recommend Kumon to help your child get ahead and to stay ahead in these important learning years! My kids have been doing Kumon for a few years now and watching them excel in Math and Reading with the help of Kumon has been amazing to watch. Mrs. Hina and her team are excellent at keeping kids engaged. Kumon has helped my kids stay ahead during these unprecedented times where they have been at home more than they have been at school. Kumon consistently challenges my kids and enhances their confidence when they are in school. My children have attended Kumon at a very young age to help establish a solid foundation for reading and math. It has boosted self confidence and self esteem in all three of my children. After Covid 19, Ms Hina Patel has worked around many barriers to ensure a clean and safe environment for in person instruction or zoom meetings for those that preferred to stay at home. I feel very fortunate to have Ms Patel and her staff available to help solidify old concepts or introduce a new complex concept in advanced subjects especially in these unprecedented times. Hina’s Kumon center has been a wonderful part of my kids education. We started later then most kids should but thanks to Hina and all wonderful staff members my kids are flying through school with a lot of confidence and ease in both Math and English. Kumon has taught my kids the value of commitment and shown them the fruits of consistency. They have learned to ask for help without hesitation. Kumon teaches you math and other things like that. They try to help you succeed in life and school so you will succeed in the future. If you want to learn and further improve yourself, Kumon is the way to go! Also, the staff here are staff members and they try to teach you math and possibly other subjects. I gave this fine establishment 5 stars because I am all for their goal of trying to help students and trying to help them learn new concepts or reinforce already known concepts! Overall, I am very proud of what they are doing and I know some people who went here and are doing well now!!!
