I went there a couple days ago. I had a long stretch on the right side and minor paint damage. I asked the female cashier to go look at the cameras to show it wasn’t there before I came. She refused. My daughters apple charger also came up missing... the manager/cashier refused to look at video... Inwill never patronize here again. Talking about supporting black businesses... Nahhhhhh never again

I love this car wash! They always do a good job! They have my car looking like glass anddddd they clean the heck out the tires& rims! They prices is affordable and if u pay for the $22 wash you get 5 days to come back and get a free wash but not the inside.. (JUST THE OUTSIDE)!! I recommend any and everybody to get their vehicle washed here!

My car hadnt been washed inside and out in over a year. They hooked up the outside wash and inside detail for a total of $35, including tip. Thats a winner.

They so a very good job on cars!

I took my car there for a complete car wash and one of the gentleman there removed my Apple head phones from the console in the car. Up talking to the female manager she said she would check her cameras but after 3 days no call. So when I call back she tell me maybe they were vacuumed up! First of all apple eat pods come in a charging case ( square) I put them in the console on the way there. They weren’t vacuumed they were simply taken and they don’t want to admit it! I filed a police report and a complaint with the better business. Apple products aren’t cheap and for him to just right out steal them is just dirty! So now she /he has lost a customer! I hope it was worth it and I hope they read this.

They have daily specials but theyre only posted at register after car is already going through. The attendant never informed me of specials so I could have gotten more services for same price I paid if I had known. Premium wash didnt get car clean.

Long time customer, back in the old days, front lot full of guys with towels and the smell of armor all. current set up involves more automation less hand work. price hasnt gone up, neither has the quality but its a fine $22 car wash. maybe its the rona, ill try another wash.

Best job ever on my SUV.

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. My vehicle was damaged here last month due to faulty equipment. Police were called and a report was made which documented this place was at fault. I eventually had to file a claim through my own insurance because we were not able to tracked down the owner. The manager Asad agreed to pay our deductible after my vehicle was repaired (through my own insurance). After some run around Asad actually wrote us a check for the cost of the deductible. HOWEVER the check bounced and we havent been able to get in touch with this guy. AND this place is not insured. BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!! The equipment is faulty and this business is not insured. BE AWARE!

This place is under staffed and the staff that is there cant seem to find any other gear than 1st.SLOW DOES NOT DESCRIBE THEIR SPEED.My wife and I spent just under an hour to get our car washed...I finally told the guy to forget doing the windows because we had a party to get to. The brown Indian guy was nice but his workers were slow as molasses.

I recommend. I had a Groupon that was cancelled and refunded without my knowledge. However, Elite was professional and still gave me a great deal on my detail. I am a happy customer. Phill made my car beautiful. #supportinglocalbusiness

I actually have a great experience each time I visit.. but never have i gotten a detail there. Until 10-26-2018 and when i tell you my car looked brand new I mean my car was rejuvenated thanks to Jean Paul and Phil omg.. i wish i had pics.. excellent work.

I went to elite car wash in Matteson Illinois to get a touch free car wash. When I looked back I saw them sending it through the wash with the rollers. As a result my 1 month old car now has scratches all over it. I talked to the manager on duty he told me the brushes didnt scratch my car. He also told me that if I was upset to file a police report, so I did. Upon filing the report I found out numerous complaints have been filed against them. The damage that elite car wash caused to my vehicle is a civil matter. Its the very same thing that allows them to be smug and deny responsibility for damage they cause to client vehicles. As a result Ill never go back. I hope Every one heeds this warning and just stay away.

They did a really good job here. I think the price is a little high at $19 for a carwash, but at least they cleaned my floor mats and made sure to hand dry my car thoroughly. Also the shine they use for the exterior was great. Water beaded off my car for a few days after the wash.

Waited 30 minutes in line and slowly realized there was one person vacuuming and checking in cars. I gave up and went to fullers since I dont have expendable car wash time and was still four cars deep. If you like waiting in your car watching one dude slowly clean a car then maybe this is your jam.

Ok......so I had stopped coming here a year ago because this wash sucked and the woman at the counter had such a snobby attitude. However I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months and I must say you have stepped your game up... the short guy at the counter has the right business ettiquet car was clean shop was clean and no attitude I was overall pleased. I was glad to hear the heavy set black girl was no longer there...

I had to give a shout out to the gentleman who wiped my vehicle - it took him a long time, But I was pleased with his attention to detail - he took Pride in his work. I love good customer service and he took good care of me

Its ok. The young man drying my car off was smoking weed. I had to go back and rewipe. They charge you more for detail, Armor All. Shyt I brought my own.

The gentleman a the counter was very polite and he was holding general conversations.The guy that check you in and vacuum your car was on his phone and texting and worst he had his pants sagging off of his butt, so unprofessional.The line was backed out in to cicero. Perhaps he could have had the line down if he had put his phone down.

You get what you pay for....I understand that. Yet why should I sit there for 30+ mins in the middle of the car wash looking at suds & wasting my gas without so much as a courtesy apology for the delay or anything of the sort. They are VERY lucky that wash cost nothing but $5.

The interior dashboard and doors were not wiped down thought it was part of the service but apparently not 🤔

Not worth the $22 for Elite Full Service. Good thing I used a Groupon. For once, they scratched the passenger side of my windshield and is very noticeable. Then the windshield in itself was not throughly clean, you can see the streak of the attempeted cleaning. Interior vacuuming was very basic, it is still dirty under the floor mats. Once the car was out of the wash, it took the girl 10 minutes to dry the outside and do the interior. Not sure if they get paid based on the numbers of cars they attend to and if thats the case then they should charge less since they do a poor job. At least they left the car smelling good. I will be contacting them for the above listed issues and will see how they respond to it. So far, Id not recommend them.

They did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my Chevy Cruze!!! You can see my little Cruze pictured here on this site with the windshield wipers propped up as they cleaned them. I will most definitely return here to have my car cleaned and detailed.

By far the best wash ive been to in years i visted the wash on june 13th and it was like a one stop shop beside my car looking fantastic my wife noticed they even have slot machines sunglasses cards and hats.. Wonderful expierience the only dissappointing thing was that there vending machine was out of service. I really wanted a beverage.

They should take better precaution and clean the windows on the inside of your car.

MY WAIT TIME WAS OVER 30MNTS AND THE PRICE AND THE JOB THAT WAS DONE WAS NOT WORTH MY MONEY AND TIME. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAING. AND FORGOT TO MENTION EMLOYEES ARE RUDE.

I bought a Premium Express car wash and I went through the whole car wash with my grill and my tires being cleaned which was included. They send me back through and I was not satified. We are never going there again.

Services cost to much, and the last time I was there the lady half cleaned my car. This was the second time, I got a damn near a 20 wash and felt cheated.

There were no people around to assist and when they came around they had attitudes. Not acceptable.
