Dropped off a leaf blower on 12-2-20 to Universal Tool. After being told it would be about 2 weeks to hear back... 3 months later the company reportedly left a voicemail on 2-3-21 regarding the leaf blower; however, we never received a voicemail. I called in January to check in and the leaf blower was lost. In April, the owner was short on the phone. I would not recommend this place at all. Find somewhere else where customers are respected!

Keeps trying to charge my card after a rental that was returned. Guy said we can tell about it. Situation was cleared now over 2 weeks later I’m seeing multiple payments that ave declined and it totals to a days rental fee. Rental was returned. Scam of a company never again !

Took care of my riding mower. When they were backed up a month. Only took them a week. Its running great. Great people, great job.

Horrible experience with a rude owner. This was our drop off point for our U-Haul. Upon arrival at our scheduled time, we were told that there was no room and that he couldnt take it. He was completely unapologetic and we were obviously inconveniencing him. He sent us to Storage R Us in Moriches without notifying them, where they were also full (but incredibly nice and understanding.) They were told to deal with it upon calling the universal tool. This is our second bad experience with them. Definitely wont be going back and do not recommend them to anyone who doesnt want to be met with a rude and unhelpful, universal tool.

Scheduled to pick up a UHaul truck with their new after hours pickup program. Had a reservation planned and called this location early in the day to confirm pickup.Respondant was unsure of proccess but stated everything would be taken care of. Arrived at location after hours for pickup to find the truck was never processed and doors were locked. Was unable to pickup and was forced to make emergency arrangements, last minute, costing more than expected and I also lost multiple hours on my move.Very dissatisfied with the professionalism and service of this business. Did not receive follow up call or any customer service worthy redemption factors.
