Bought a drill bit set and 3 bits broke on the first day, first time use. 2 sales reps said they would replace the stroll bits. The manager called me and said I had to pay for the bits, they were not going to replace them. He also said he didnt care about my business.....all over $18....WOW. I WIL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
