This is overdue but I highly recommend taking your PC here to get it fixed. Cost is better than those around the Canton area from you research. Andrew is a professional and knowledgeable when it comes to repairing and optimizing PCs and the turnaround time is very quick. He is also willing to answer any questions you may have. 5 stars easy.

So originally, my review was posted as one star. I placed an order on Wish and decided to try the local pick up option. It would be cheaper and arrive sooner. It arrived at Ohio Techworks on December 18th, which was 7 days later than the original ETA. Unfortunately, I was to go out of town on the 18th and then extenuating circumstances meant I couldnt pick up until the last day before the restocking fee would be charged which was today, January 3rd. I pushed it to leave work as soon as I could to be to the store by 6 when they closed. I got there at 555PM and was really frustrated to find the open sign off and the doors locked. I drove 25 minutes out there and 25 minutes back without my items. After posting my review, the owner of the company put forth the effort to find me on Facebook (not easy considering my ridiculously common name) and message me asking to make it right. Not only did he scan the QR code and mark the order as picked up, but he gave me the week to come get it and offered a gas card for the inconvenience of having to drive out there twice. Incredible business man and phenomenal customer service!

I wanted to recover my pictures etc. from my Chromebook because the screen was damaged. He actually went a step further and was able to replace the screen for a reasonable cost! Now I have my data as well as my Chromebook to use! Very pleased!
