They cleaned up and disinfected huge attic area with ceilings that fell down and hauled out 43 years of debris and junkRepaired my siding and facia from weather damage along with ceiling repairs..Hi highly recommend them I chose Brahlers among a few other companies I feel God guided my decision.They are very fair in costs and everyone I have dealt with is so friendly and kind and personable. I will choose Brahlers for every need I have because they can do everything and do it well. My husband and I owned our own business and know customer service is everything and Brahlers never falls short.

Our washer flooded basement. They was very quickly to start the cleanup of 4 rooms. They removed everything, brought in huge fans, cleaned wet furniture, removed/replace drywall, installation of new flooring. (They would have painted and put furniture but we choose to do this ourselves.). We then added remodeling on the main flooring by replacing the carpet with wood flooring and some remodeling in our kitchen! The best part was the help with filing our insurance claim!The entire staff was great! Promptly taking care of our issues and listen to what we wanted. A flooded basement is very stressful and was great to know they had our back and help us get through the whole process! Thank you Brahlers! Everything looks beautiful!!

Tiffany & Danielle did an AMAZING job cleaning our carpets which are 15 years old - and the first professional cleaning that has been done on them! There was excellent communication from my initial contact with Nicky, a call from Tiffany when they were on the way - and plenty of time to address our questions. Brahler’s was very professional. My carpets look like new. It is such a great feeling to walk into the house and have clean carpets. There were a couple stains and they got them all out.

I have used Brahler’s for carpet cleaning several times and they always do a professional job. You don’t have to wait two days for it to dry either. I also used Brahler’s for a restoration project when I had a flooding issue in my house years ago and they were super to work with then as well.

We had a water filter in our refrigerator break and run for a solid 45 min as I mowed the lawn. When I came in, I found a half inch of water covering our kitchen floor, into our sun room, and running down the sidewall into our dry-walled basement. I wasn’t sure what to do and immediately thought of another water damage outfit, but it was suggested I call Brahler’s. They are located here in Massillon, so that part was an easy choice. They scrambled and put together a team to come right out. Todd Brahler, the owner, and several others were here in under 45 min. They quickly and thoroughly began and implemented a water mitigation plan. Fans, dehumidifier, removing damaged flooring, drywall...they did an excellent job limiting the damage. Next came restoration. We needed the flooring in the sunroom replaced. Drywall in the basement as well. We were planning, prior to this, to redo our living room flooring, which had no damage, and asked if they had the capability to do the flooring where the damage was, and the main part of the house as well. Thankfully, they were. They went to work doing that, and three days of work later, it was all done. They did an amazing job. The people that work at Brahler’s, I can’t say enough about. Amazingly nice, and professional. Thorough during and after the process to meet our satisfaction. They handled the insurance part of the job very seamlessly as well.
