It has been well over two weeks since I have dropped my vehicle off at Waikem Body shop. I chose Waikem as a local Massillon resident- I chose not to shop around and look at other body shops because the Waikem family has always been great...this time around, not so much! My car sat and sat for several days before anyone even looked at it. Then I was told my parts didnt come in on time. I called the shop yesterday to check on my vehicle status and was told it WOULD be done yesterday-the only thing left was the glass in the rear window needing installed. I then received a call toward end of business yesterday and they told me my rear camera would need reconfigured, I asked why it wasnt completed while the car SAT waiting on the glass replacement. I was told they didnt know it needed fixed ... again...I got another call after that from the repair shop that my camera actually doesnt need reconfigured-instead they need to order a whole new camera and replace mine.I feel like this could have come together and happened more efficiently if Waikems people would manage their time properly, possibly organize and complete a THOROUGH report before even beginning the repairs. ALL these parts and accessories for my repairs should have been ordered in the beginning. What a fiasco.They will have had my car for a month by the time it is finished. I wouldnt even be upset if they had just told me upfront they are BEHIND rather than setting a standard and making me think things were moving right along.....

I went in to Waikem Collision for repairs and the new Chelsea was so helpful and accommodating compared to the old girl!!Tre took care of everything for me and made the process so much easier!!5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I will never stop singing the praises of wailed collision. This is the second time that I’ve used them and the second time they’ve exceeded my expectations. Very professional and polite. They fixed my car in a very timely manner and did a full detail cleaning. Caught me very off guard in a really good way. Use them every time!

The staff in general was really helpful, especially Leah who stayed in contact with me during every step of the process. Very friendly. A 2-week job was finished in 5 days and they worked with my insurance in a way that made the whole experience really easy for me. My vehicle looks great and if something unfortunate happens again, fortunately I know where to go to get it fixed.

Chelsea is a premadonna that rolled her eyes at me when I walked in because we had already had an encounter on the phone. Alex will not get on the phone and speak with a customer he jusy relays messages thru the receptionist. While sitting in the waiting room the gentlemen in the office to the right were down right disgusting just burping loudly and not even excusing themselves knowing there was customer in the waiting room. I was severely inconvenienced after a new car purchase and a visit to correct a problem with a 2020 vehicle. Being a honda client and getting fantastic service from tyler and Mo and being sent to deal with the unprofessionalism of Ford was not a plesant end to my 2nd new car buying experience in 4 months. You would think that a customer that spent 50 grand at their dealership would receive better service than was provided by the Ford body shop employees.

Superb quality workmanship! They had no problems making my BMW look as good as new. You could not even tell that there was ever a mark on my car. And to top is off, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and made the entire process as painless and streamlined as possible. I would highly recommend this body shop, as I intend to be a repeat customer.

More than pleased with the level of customer care and repairs done to my vehicle. It was fixed timely and even washed before being returned to me. The work done on it was neat and tidy and the staff was very pleasant. I will recommend this shop very highly.

Very disappointed with the work done on my vehicle. Individual in charge not good at returning phone calls (maybe that should have been a sign) When showing him the marks still on the vehicle after they fixed the previous damage, he went inside and never came back out. My fault for being so trusting and thinking others hold the same high standards as me...smh.

Fantastic place to get your car repaired!!! I recently had our 2018 Subaru Outback repaired for a rear end collision that occurred to our car on Feb. 19th 2019. Tre....was great at giving the initial estimate with Jason and Alex also helping out in the process of communication and delivery of our car once completed. These guys are really interesting to speak with about a wide variety of car related topics including which insurance companies are easiest to work with...which companies provide for OEM parts...etc. All valuable information in selecting future car insurance companies.Susan is the receptionist and office organizer whom is extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. Her skills go beyond the office as she is not only certified in CPR...she is also an instructor of CPR!! Most impressive was the fact that she informed me that ALL of the Waikem dealerships have a CPR certified person on staff. What impressed me MOST however was the fact that there was an AED hanging on the wall directly behind Susan! (Wow!...these are not inexpensive items) While this detail may not seem important to your body shop damage issue......it is impressive from the standpoint of how it shows Waikem cares about little details that you will never even notice or think about.Our 2018 Outback left the Waikem Collision Center looking like NEW! Unbelievably....they even did a complete INSIDE cleaning of the vehicle with the new car smell and all. It was certainly comforting that our Outback was getting OEM parts with the Subaru parts department within 3 minutes walking distance. the excellent contact between Dan Danger in Subaru parts and Tre at the collision center made things much more streamlined than if I would have gone to another body shop. Before my incident.....I had no clue that Waikem even had a body shop. So glad I discovered this valuable resource for our car body shop needs when and if ever they may occur.
