Very friendly and helpful. Was told somewhere else that the strike plate couldnt be fixed without cutting into my door. They had it fixed in 10 minutes.

I have a toy truck that is so hard to work on, no one will touch it for fear of breaking something and not being able to fix it properly. Not only was Tim able to get my exhaust manifolds replaced, he did a really nice paint job derusting the body and fixing it properly. It took a lot longer then expected but quality work takes time. Im happy with Tim, Mike and everyone that sweat hard to make the HUMMER look pretty again and for the next 15 years. Thanks guys!!

They dont price gouge you, will help you with a portion of your deductible and I have NEVER had a problem with an employee. Tim And Aaron are both two great guys that run an HONEST family business and they make sure my vehicle is fixed properly the first time.

Needs some improvement

My bumper was ripped off in an accident and the bumper mount and corner of my hood were a little bent. What was supposed to be a 2 week job took 3.5 because he ordered the wrong parts. I drive a foreign made vehicle and he was told he would have to order the parts overseas but tried to order US and the parts were incomplete or wrong. When I finally picked my car up it seemed like it was good to go, but upon closer inspection there were bubbles in the paint job where I could still see the white primer underneath and rather than filling a blemish properly it was sloppily filled with some gummy putty looking stuff. My concern is that with the paint not sealed properly my car will rust prematurely.

Tim is very professional. He gets the job done and done right.

I got rear ended and took a very rough looking s10 in and even though it took a little while to run down parts (truck was a 2000 ext cab) Tim went out of his way to take care of my vehicle. The only blemish was a small time issue but the work performed to my vehicle more then made up for it given the challenge I dropped off. HIGHLY recommended, will definitely go back again when needing his services. Thank you Tim.

Tim, the shop owner runs an efficient and quality operation. I have used his service forfor over 25 years where he had done jobs for me ranging from totally resorting and rebuilding a Cadillac that was delayed as totalled, to fixing and painting several cars including a Mercedes 300, Lincoln Mach VII, Cadillac CTS, Lexus RX 300 and others . In each case his work was exceptional, his charges very reasonable. His honesty and integrity are unquestionably unique .

Fantastic body shop!! The staff is courteous, Tim is great to work with and the work I had done was absolutely top notch.

I was told the car would be done in a week. It took over 3 weeks to get my car back, it was missing an interior panel and didnt screw in the door pulls, they popped out every time I closed the door. They also didnt secure the fender skirt and it disappeared the first time I hit a speed bump. When I returned to follow up I was told that they didnt have them in their shop but would keep an eye out for them. After that they stopped returning my calls.
