Let me start by genuinely saying Jim McKeon is my familys go to for all tax accounting advice and services. The business he represents have been fantastic. In 2020, Jim went out of his way to write an amendment to have us receive a tax refund, when we actually overpaid due to working and living in two states. The digital app is also a plus & ease of use wasnt difficult. Thank you for all your help.

Jim treats us as if we were members of his family. He is very informative and explains each step as he prepares our forms, including all changes that took place each year, and how these changes effect our return. If there is anything we could do differently to improve the outcome of the following year, Jims advice is very helpful.When we leave Jims office, we know we received the best results possible.More than likely, a fourth generation of our family will be recommended to take that annual trip to R&G Massapequa, and it wont just be for the incentive offered for new clients.

We had to find someone to prepare our taxes after our accountant passed away. As a last resort, we went to R&G Brenner which turned out to be a great decision. Our accountant James is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient answering all our questions and assisting us in some of the issues we had with our taxes. R&G Brenner is easily accessible throughout the year by phone or email which helps in convenience.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an accounting service.

Was pleased how my return was handled.....professionately and knowledgably.One matter, however, I brought a new referral under the impression I would earn $50. No where in your ads does it indicate that they could not take advantage of the $99 offer if I was to benefit from the referral. This should be stated in hyour ads!

You should have informed us you were raising the fee from 125.00 to 200.00, with that increase you won’t be seeing us again.
