Good laundromat. Decent prices, has a change machine and the staff is very pleasant.

Throughout this pandemic at least one staff member NEVER wore a mask despite the notice posted on entry door stating everyone else needs a mask. Ignorant and unsafe. BTW the older woman truly is RUDE!!!!!!

I usually do my wash at home but I had company from out of town and with so much to wash I decided to take all my blankets, sheets, and towels that they used here to wash. Never Again...The machines did not clean my laundry and they had like a film over them. I had to re-wash 3 of the machines I used. The daytime attendant was great but whoever the lady is that works Monday nights is miserable and rude. Even if the machines were amazing I would never go back just because of her. It is too bad because I use to love the lady who use to work nights a few years back.

Laundry mat is convenient, nice and quiet, kept clean, overall, Liz is a sweetheart very helpful & Attentive staffThat other lady is rude, rude rude rude, mean, miserable ugh.Washers are good but the dryers need servicing properly don’t dry good @ allBut convenient enough for me!

Never again!!!! This rude lady didn’t let me use the drying machines I always used send me to the ones by the door. Been coming here for months and never again. Who ever the rude entitle white lady that’s there, u r working in the customer service industry get some customer skills. Rude, the machines don’t wash well, not enough room to fold.

Tatiana snd Lillian are fantastic! They are hardworking and do a fabulous job washing and folding. They take pride in the great work that they do. They are one of the luxuries in my life. The prices are great, the service even better.

They have signs all over to wear a mask but the women who works here doesnt even have one on. I went to go there and left because I saw that. What a shame

The worst service I have ever experienced. I dropped off my clothes two days ago, and was told it would be ready by one oclock today and it wasnt because of the snowstorm that ended last night and was minuscule. On top of that I got an attitude from a lady named Jerry about how she wasnt supposed to come into work and she couldnt call me to let me know to come later I want my money back do not come here worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

The washers are fairly priced but they’re dusty and their isn’t much counter space to fold clothes and not enough seating area to wait for your clothes to finish drying.

Very clean and prices are good. The attendant is nice and very professional.

While I understand Marios frustration, he needs to realize the location of this Laundromat was basically ground zero for Sandy victims & You cant judge a place during a disaster like Sandy.Im sure They were doing the best they could - it was fortunate enough that they were even open given that basically no one had power. After Sandy - this area was absolute caos - we live around the block and had no power for 15 days. Luckily we live in an apartment on the second floor but others lost everything, so I have nothing to complain about.Ive been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. They are very accommodating.

On my 1st visit to this laundromat It was terrible. Then after days after sandy hit people fighting for washers and dryers with no help from owner or employees . I tried to drop off they told me 2 weeks.I fully understand but no one one cared what happened in store. I found a laundromat on Broadway called massapequa laundry center what a day & night difference operation, bigger store same day service.under control at all times. I tried this store again recently thinking it might had improved NOPE

At first it sucked 👎🏻 but then it was awesome 👍🏻
