I had the Route 10 team, Soraya and Ana. They did a fantastic job in good timing. I so pleased with the service. I will admit I had my doubts about not being able to have the dishes and laundry tended to. But I’m happy to report that it doesn’t even matter. Treat your home to this service and you won’t regret it!😃

We had Them deep a deep clean and they did a great job. Started a biweekly plan because they did such a great job. That was the first and only time they did a good job. We had to provide cleaning team with cleaners because they only use Fabulous ( not a disinfectant ). Then they wouldn’t use it, management was contacted they said they will make sure everything was taken care of. The only thing that happened was the cleaning going worse. Save yourself a headache and stay away.

Molly Maids are dependable and convenient. I have used them many times and I am always pleased with the results and the price.

This is a TERRIBLE company. DO NOT USE!! We ended up having to redo the entire house,and they would only refund our $50 deposit, not the full payment. When we called to complain about the poor job done after the initial cleaning day, Management said they would send back a new great team the next morning. They sent back the same exact cleaners, who then spent 25 minutes re-cleaning the kitchen, and then left saying it could not get any cleaner. The supervisor who came to inspect the job that morning said that their cleaners do not scrub and she agreed that it could not get any cleaner. Pictures of some of the dirt from the kitchen, which we had to clean (without even having to scrub) after they finished on the second morning, are attached.

AWFUL!!!!!!! I have been cleaning for the past hour since they left. There is still dog hair everywhere, dust everywhere! And worst of all, my dining room table is all scratched up!! I am beyond disappointed, never again will I use them.
